I don’t understand what is happening at cookout? The issue isn’t with the drive thru folks taking the order, the breakdown is in the back. Kylie was very nice and repeated the order back. I didn’t feel rushed at all. There’s nothing worse than being rushed to give your order, they keep stopping, then ask you to repeat. Take a breath! This was not the case with Kylie. However, why, the last 2 times we’ve gotten burgers so we get them dripping in grease?! Our quesadillas were BLACK! YOU know they saw the condition of the food they were handing out and did so anyway! Please, get the back together. We pay enough for good food. Workers are also paid well imo (for fast food). If they can’t or won’t make and give out food, there are plenty of potential employees who would!!!! We’re done.

Foods always fresh, prices are always on point, the staff is always friendly. I could eat here 5 days a week I swear haahaha. Cookout needs to come out with s breakfast menu! Choice of breakfast sandwich on bread, biscuit, tortilla or bagel. Then side items, hash, tater tots, French toast stix, mini pancakes. Ok.. This place is Fantasicaly priced to begin with.. food is good. Yummy good.. service could have been a little better , but hey .. can have that anywhere. The food here shines bright.. lots of seating. Cool inside. I dig it. I’d recommend the Cheddar cheese style reg. Burger , and the cookout Hot dog. You won’t be disappointed. And did I mention the price? Burger, fries, cheese curds, 2 dogs and jalapeños fries.. plus drinks. 23$ .. yeah.. ill be back.

We went for the first time. The guy working behind the counter was the best. Just a nice hard working guy. He was always moving and gave excellent customer service. So who ever ran the front shift on 6/2/2025 at 7pm I applaud you! I was a hiring manager and he had the qualities that I would employ. The food was eh….

I came through the drive through on my way back home and asked for a tray with the sides of onion rings and cheese bites. I get my food, check it and only have onion rings. So I went back through, then the worker took the tray and removed all of the onion rings and gave it back to me with an order of cheddar cheese bites. Then I had to tell her that I had ordered 2 sides that were different not a double up. She told me if I wanted the onion rings back I needed to give her the cheese bites back. I also had a water added to my order that I asked about and she told me it rings up as $0.00 and I asked her why it was on the bill and she said “Because I put it on there, ma’am” I appreciate the manners but it was very condescending. So I had to end up paying $4 to keep the cheese bites that I had originally asked for because she had put too many in the bag. She told me I couldn’t have 8 onion rings with the cheese bites. So I just paid the difference and out of curiosity counted the onion rings (there was 6). I don’t care to pay the difference since it was a larger portion, but all of the back and forth was unnecessary. And the attitude. Very disappointing. Felt like she wanted me to just shut up and drive off so she could move on to a new customer but there was 1 other car in the drive through besides me, it wasn’t busy. Anyways, this was my first time having cookout in over a year. The food is good, but the service was horrible. Customer service plays a big role in this industry, and you never know what others are going through. So thank you Bessie, for serving me but next time I’ll go to Chick-fil-a instead.
