The only thing good about this store was the food. The employees were more concerned with flirting with a customer than taking our order, the women’s bathroom smelled disgusting and had trash/toilet paper littered all over the floor, and there was black mold ALL OVER the soda machines. Someone is going to get sick from this location.

This location is located near a college, so the late night hours (after 10 pm) are pretty busy. I got a cheeseburger and a hotdog. The drive-through line was really long so we went to the pick-up window instead, the process was relatively quick considering staffing and the long line at the drive-through. All in all, the food is relatively cheap, and filling. Usually consistent as well. I did also get a side of white cheddar bites and I purchased the full size, but the amount of bites were like what they would put in a tray (half a size?) so that was disappointing, but I enjoyed them anyway.

I’ve been to this Cookout probably 10 times since it’s been open. I get the same exact thing every single time. 2 quesadillas, one cheese one chicken. I’ve never changed it. Well today I get there and the tan skinned girl with dark curly hair and glasses told me I can’t do that. So I stated okay well I’ve been here at least three times this week and she said oh okay. Well that’s fine then. So we went to leave and she said “bye have a good day” super snarky.

I visited the cookout about 9pm, and oder at the drivetru. It was a long wait and it was busy on a Saturday night. Customer service was good and patient. The fries was a little soggy, the chicken sandwich was good snd the barbecue sauce really helped. The Coca-Cola was fresh and delicious and not watered-down.

service sometimes isn’t great depending on the time you go and they mess up your order often but if you’re not picky it’s all good. food is 10/10 amazing. prices are great you can get a burger side and drink for 9$ and the food is always fresh my favorite place to eat here

When through the drive thru we had three separate orders. This is actually my second night didn’t have a problem with the food other it could have been hotter My issue became when they took my order took my money and then short-changed me because they didn’t have any change and then bother to tell me then let me know. Just give me the option to pay with a credit card or an option to give them my money. Do employee said it change was an important to him so he didn’t see why we wanted ours. In all my year I never had a Store cheat me so blatantly in my face. We pull the change together which If they had asked we would have done in the first place. If you don’t want to be cheated have exact change or use a card.
