Every time I’ve been to Cook Out it’s been delicious , their food is always fresh and cooked right to order, and the staff is always cool and friendly! I can’t complain, however, sometimes I specify I want regular iced tea and often I get sweet tea, but that’s the only issue there. #Food #Staff #Tea #Issue

This was our first time to visit Cook Out and we were super impressed with the atmosphere in the restaurant. They had good Contemporary Christian music playing and the food was delicious!! The slaw hotdogs are superb! We do not have Cook Out restaurants where we live in Texas so we will not be able to visit again unless we find another one on our travels. I highly recommend visiting a Cook Out restaurant for a great meal!

Went here for the 1st time with my dad on Saturday November 1st 2025. We were driving around getting gas for our cars, and decided to go for one of their milkshakes. We got them at the drive thru. They have plenty of options for their milkshakes from flavors like Chocolate, Vanila, to reese peanut butter cup, and much more! I ordered the Reese Peanut Butter Cup, and my dad ordered Cherry Chocolate. Cost wasn’t bad either, maybe $3.00 for 2 smalls. Pleasant person at the drive thru too! I enjoyed their shakes- and their shakes can be compared to sonics as mine, the reese peanut butter cup, was a vanila shake mixed in with peanut butter cups. My dad’s also had pieces of cherry in it too! We were also given a spoon, to help enjoy our ice cream! We enjoyed them, and it craved our ice cream craving, which is always good! Hope to be back soon for more!

Our family of six stopped at this Cookout recently and the experience was honestly shocking. From the moment we pulled up to the speaker, it felt like we were a huge inconvenience just for placing an order. We visit Cookout about once a month and have never experienced service like this. The employee didnt have a name tag to view, but she had a pretty Jamaican accent.
We ordered six trays, which is pretty normal for a family. Almost every item was repeated back incorrectly, and when we tried to politely correct the order, the employee spoke down to us and even tried to tell us how we were supposed to say an item on the menu. Even after repeating it the way she asked, she still acted like we were saying it wrong.
When we got to the window, I explained ahead of time that sometimes our Discover debit card doesn’t process correctly through their system with cook out, and that most locations just run it another way or call a manager to help. Instead, she repeatedly ran it the exact same way after I explained the issue, shrugged her shoulders, and simply said it wasn’t working and she didn’t know what to tell us. Once again I said it needs to be ran as credit, she put my card in handed me the pad to input my pin.. once again running it the same way, and being shocked it still didnt process.
There was no attempt to troubleshoot, no manager called, and no effort to help solve the issue. She literally started closing the window on us while we were still trying to explain the situation. Knowing it pretty well, as we just ordered from the one in downtown conway 2 days prior with the same issue, they were able to make it work after the first swipe not working and running it another way. No issue.
We ended up leaving and going to Taco Bell down the road. Our purchase there went through immediately with zero problems, the service was friendly, and the food was perfect.
Even on a bad day, I’ve never experienced such dismissive and rude service. We will happily drive to any other restaurant or Cookout location before ever returning to this one again.

1st time at this place, I would give it 8.. portion is good, and onion rings more of them. Cole slaw had pineapple juice in it ( good) little sweet, not vinegar.

I don’t understand what is happening at cookout? The issue isn’t with the drive thru folks taking the order, the breakdown is in the back. Kylie was very nice and repeated the order back. I didn’t feel rushed at all. There’s nothing worse than being rushed to give your order, they keep stopping, then ask you to repeat. Take a breath! This was not the case with Kylie. However, why, the last 2 times we’ve gotten burgers so we get them dripping in grease?! Our quesadillas were BLACK! YOU know they saw the condition of the food they were handing out and did so anyway! Please, get the back together. We pay enough for good food. Workers are also paid well imo (for fast food). If they can’t or won’t make and give out food, there are plenty of potential employees who would!!!! We’re done.

First time visit and came away relatively happy. Better than most the other fast food burger chain restaurants. First, the place was actually clean, an unusual occurrence for most fast food places. It’s been years but when I walk into a McDonald’s I can actually feel the grease and grime on the floor. Not here though, no greasy floor to walk over. I also have to add that the person working the register was great. Really helpful and friendly, actually competent at her job. This was refreshing to see at a fast food place. She even made a really good milkshake. Her boss is lucky to have her as an employee, she deserves a raise. Overall a pleasant surprise if there is such a thing in the fast food world. I don’t do fast food all that often but I will come back to this location in the future. Thank you for the milkshake.

What can you say? Burgers are delicious, fries are hot fresh and amazing! And the price! Glad they’re here to get a quick juicy burger and fries for under $10 when you just have to eat late at night and you just can’t stomach the typical golden arches or 5 guys prices. Thank you!

Cookout never disappoints. Not big on fast food, but this is probably my preference when I do. Conway location just down the road from Lowes and CCU hasn’t disappointed yet. Quick service, good food, great value, and helpful employees with welcoming smiles and delightful personalities.
