The food was fresh, but not all of our order was correct. The cashier clearly struggled to do his job, but it was not a big deal. The restaurant inside was not real clean, but not as bad as most Cook Out locations I’ve been to. Overall it is a good place to eat just know they are slow and check your order before you go.

Can not get a milkshake that doesn’t contain roach feces and roach body parts. I know from removing repairing the equipment there. Every time I remove a panel from a piece of kitchen equipment hundreds of roaches run everywhere. I had to be ready with my shopvac to try and vacuum them up as fast as possible before customers saw all the bugs. Sometimes the roaches were so bad that when I would remove a panel I had to slap the panel back on because there was too many roaches falling out and running everywhere. The control/ electrical panel above where the ice-cream is dispensed was always full of roaches and you can’t stop their feces and body parts from falling into the mikshakes. Once I saw a roach fall into the coffee they were brewing for the cappuccino shakes and I immediately told kitchen staff and they just laughed and said “more protin!” Disgustingly filthy place to eat.

Cheeseburger had too many onions on it, so I took some off. I also wanted Onion Rings; but they were out. Jr Hot Dog Tray didn’t have many chicken nuggets with it. Spicy Chicken Tray with Fries and Slaw. Milkshake was HORRIBLE !!!

Service can take a while, but the folks were friendly. Their burgers can be dry a lot of times, but the onion rings were hot. The tea was not too, overly sweet. Guess someone figured out they could save money on sugar.

Are yall ok??!! I was on a trip and stopped for 2 large fries and hushpuppies. 30 min TRAPPED in the drive- thru. And after constantly correcting the girl repeating my simple order wrong (3 times) yall still gave me the wrong size fries and almost handed me the wrong order. Yall are disorganized and the manager needs to get out of drive thru bc she needs to be running the order board. She slammed the window in our face instead of listening to correct order. Yall need a visit from corporate bc I breeze through cookout in my home state. Yall need morr training!

I eat here all the time, the best Cookout I have been to. Great service and the people working are always moving quickly and providing excellent service. Lady working named Ashley looked like the manager and is always busting her tail to get orders out. Food is always hot and fresh! 100% recommended eating from this Cookout!

Disappointed with the BBQ. I make a lot better at home! I’ve even had better out of a can. I guess the disappointment was only ratcheted up by all the dozens of billboards on the interstate. I think a little less on marketing and more on product development would do wonders for you. I did like the hand washing station in the dining room area!

I tried this for the first time, on Monday. I’m writing this on a Friday. If you want a snack, this is your place. If you are hungry, DO NOT STOP HERE. I had a hamburger, supposed to be 5 nuggets (got 3), and street taco (doritos, taco meat, lettuce, cheese, & sour cream). The st. Taco was good but it wasn’t enough. Honestly it sounds like a lot of food. Then they say the price, and you’re even more shocked. Because it sounds like you’re getting lots of food for 7-8 dollars. It’s like a sample plate at a place where they don’t have enough food for every one ♂️. So, I told myself, maybe I didn’t order the right thing for a big guy, so I go back the next day. The next day I ordered a combo that comes with two chicken quesadillas. For sides I order fried okra, and a street taco again. The fried okra was GReat. The quesadillas were skimpy. I mean you can’t even see the chicken in the photos unless you’re on super zoom. Prices great, but I promise people would pay you more to be full. The strawberry cheesecake shake was
