The old saying “You get what you pay for” definitely holds true in this case. The food at this establishment is quite affordable, but unfortunately, my experience with the barbecue sandwich was disappointing. On the positive side, the hush puppies were quite tasty. However, I found the four onion rings I ordered to be lacking in flavor. On the other hand, my wife opted for the chicken, and she actually enjoyed it. As for the milkshake, it was delicious and definitely worth trying.

Cashier seemed new but very polite & a hard worker. I was not impressed by the food at all. I ordered the cheeseburger quesadilla and added onions. I got an onion quesadilla. Idk what that thing would have had on it if it wasn’t for the onions. I thought it was a joke & I was being pranked. I challenge you to find the meat. Lol

I was nervous to stop by with the negative reviews, but I had a good experience. There was a lot of cars at drive thru at linch but only waited a couple minutes to place the order and a couple minutes to receive the food! The staff member was friendly and the food itself was enjoyable. Burger was good, fries, onion rings, corn dogs, okra, and even the soda hit just right.

What a fancy Cookout! The inside is nice with a hand-wash area! Burgers were delicious, and the shakes were thick and creamy. The peanut butter and banana flavor was incredible. Samira was a delight and was very patient and helpful with the menu. Don’t forget to ask for some Cookout sauce to dip your food in, it’s fire!

Typically we get great food, good service and very quickly. However, there is a heavy set lady with short blonde hair that always has an attitude and is rude over the simplest stuff. We had a couple of sauces in our bag and my wife kindly asked if we could have some more sauces(even if we need to pay for them). We asked a different lady that was working the window and this blonde lady screams across the room saying THE SAUCE IS IN THE BAG! We said that we know but we would like some more. She continues to scream that they are in the bag completely ignoring the fact that we knew that, we just needed more. Next time we came, same issue from the same person just for some extra sauce! Annoying and rude. Other than her, we love Cook Out!

Worst experience ever. Way under staffed waited 30 minutes in drive through then got my order wrong. Went inside long line of people with messed up orders and they’re just steady placing new orders fix the the messed up orders first why are you placing new orders. I ended up leaving cause I couldn’t get any help payed 32 dollars for half my food just down right dumb. I will not come back.
