Avoid this place. I have eaten at other cookouts and had good experiences, but this place is awful and should lose their franchise because they are ruining the brand. Was charged for cheese and did not ask for or want cheese. When replacement was made the condiments were incorrect. Order of onion rings was literally 4 onion rings. Fries and onion rings were undercooked. They also had no salt available when we requested it. When asking why the big burger patties were smaller than the regular patties we were met with rudeness and a slammed drive thru window by the manager. They clearly don’t care about their customers. The flavor of the burgers was good, but literally everything else was a fail.

Drive up or walk up window only. No public bathroom. We hit one in GA while traveling on I 95. Disappointed no bathroom. Milk Shakes were good. They have 44 options. Strawberry was very good with real berries. Husband liked his hot dog. They forgot the ketchup on my burger(they are made to order) burger was good but would have been better with ketchup. Overall good value for what we got.

Absolutely no dining room. Strictly a drive thru. Food was good and there were many options. The lady who took our order answered our questions and recommended things. She was very nice and helpful. The milkshakes are just cups of ice cream. Don’t expect to drink it if you order one. I got the vanilla and it has no vanilla taste. Other than that, it’s really good.

Best late night cheap greasy food experience. Drive thru line was about 5 cars deep. But we got our food under 20 minutes. The burger, fries and nuggets were so good and really hot. Great value for what you pay for

This was my first time at a Cook Out and it was fantastic! Their platters are a great deal. The burger was delicious and the fries, onion rings and hush puppies were also great. The shakes are very good as well. Wish I had a Cook Out near where I live.

Always up for tying something new. 1st time eating at Cook Out. A wide variety to choose from. Hamburgers, chili dogs, chicken and BBQ are just a sampling of what they offer. I had the BBQ Tray. Pulled pork on a freshly steamed bun with coleslaw on it. The spices were just right and the meat, super tender. You also get your choice of two sides and a drink. Very economical. It was only $18.00 for 2 people. Easy access to the interstate. Most go through the drive thru and pull into the parking lot to eat. They have a double drive thru. That was the only thing unpleasant. Had to saw it exceeded my expectations. Burger was well prepared and the milkshake was just amazing!!
Only thing I wasn’t expecting is it’s only a drive thru or takeout place; no seatings. But they had plenty of parking space for you to enjoy your meal in the car if eating and driving is not your preference.

order taker was extremely rude when I asked for no sauce on my quesadilla. I enjoy cookout often so I know how to order my food for the employees to best understand. Her attitude at the window was mid at best. I asked for a specific number of sauces and wasn’t given the correct amount. I decided to shake it off as a bad experience. Once I began eating my food I felt something hard inside my quesadilla, it was a bread tie !!! And when I attempted to call and complain no one answered !! As someone traveling through I didn’t have time to go back. 10/10 would not recommend!!
