It took over 10 minutes to get my food at the drive thru at this Cook Out fast food restaurant. I only ordered 1 corn dog, no drink, nothing else. Just 2 cars before me. Then the food didn’t look appetizing at all. By that time, I didn’t have the time to park and get out of my car to go in and show them what it looked like. Anyhow, I won’t be returning to any Cook Out restaurant.

disappointed, they gave me small portions of food for such a high price, you get way more at the conover one. Asked me if i wanted to add cheese on my hamburger, and not telling customers about the extra charge. Then forgot half my toppings but want to charge extra. Will never come back here. Wish I got my money back but they did not care about my complaint and gave me some toppings in a cup to make up for it.

I just went through cookout. I bought 1 hamburger cook out style. There wasn’t any cold slaw on my burger. I reckon the Cook who gets a paycheck doesn’t know what cookout style is. My daughter ordered a steak style burger. Geeze you didn’t have to put A1 steak sauce all over on the outside of the bag just to ruin her shirt. I asked the girl at the window for an itemized receipt I guess she doesn’t know what one is. Spent $15.25. never again at this Cookout. I did a review a few Sundays ago with a great review but this cookout has gone down hill.

I came to this location because I wanted to eat in the dining room. I stood for 7 minutes behind another woman who said she had been waiting a very long time. The workers clearly saw us waiting to order and none of them seemed to care. I left and went to a competitor nearby. I guess Cook Out doesn’t like making money.
