Got cookout after work. Told them no lettuce no tomato, to which they immediately cut me off to ask if it was a tray. I restated what I had originally said and they give me the total. Chick at the window had major attitude. She gives us our food and I check my sandwich. Lettuce and tomato still up there. I try to tell her about it but she rudely sticks her ear to me and says “what.” Then I repeat what I had already said and she takes it back. They just pick the lettuce off and hand it to me. Then they proceed to give it back and slam the window. It still has tomato. Maybe you should give your employees the much needed hearing aids they require to do their job and some lessons in customer service. That chick with the long nails can cut the attitude and take the order right the first time, then she wouldn’t have to fix anything.

Had no idea the cheddar chicken sandwich was nasty cheese sauce and it had the same nasty sauce on the fries. I was unable to eat the sandwich that had a over powering fake charbroil taste or fries I just had the cheddar bites that are not that great. I also got a peanut butter shake that was not like a creamy shake but more frozen coffee style w peanut butter. Overalls I’m not sure where the good reviews come from I won’t be going back.

I know they are dealing with help issues, as is everyone else, but the service , food and attitudes have been on the decline for the last 6 to 8 months, I couldn’t even finish my food last night it horrible, and the people weren’t pleasant at all. I won’t be going back for awhile

The young lady that took my order named Nakia had amazing customer service, was polite, and respectful. When ordering she use yes ma’am, no ma’am is there anything else you need ma’am? OK what else can I get for you? She was very patience when it came to ordering unlike other servers at this location. I love coming to a fast food restaurant and the employees are excited to be there and take honor in assisting you. Keep up the good work Nakia.

I’ve adjusted my rated because today on 10/24 @ 7:02 pm. My daughter went to pickup food for the family. She ordered 5 trays of food and cheese curds for my grand daughter. When she got home we were short a tray. Her tray. Now I was charged $52.70 and did not receive the full order or full receipt showing the order. I’m not happy at all. She had a bad day at work and this just topped it off. She didn’t want to go back because she wanted to get her daughter to bed. This is why I adjusted my pervious review.

It’s normally good when I go, but when I order the burger, they tend to give t way too much sauce. There was more mustard in the foil wrap than on the sandwich. If they’d tighten up with properly doing that then I’d give 5 star.

I am so extremely dissatisfied with the past few orders I received from this company. The past time the order was totally wrong. Spice flavoring on the fries so I couldn’t eat them. Today I ordered cheese fries, paid for cheese fries and got regular fries. When I checked the receipt to call the Resturant back to my disbelief there’s no number to call. I search the internet and there’s no number listed there. The receipt doesn’t even have prices listed to show what I was charged for. We need restaurants that show patrons that they want our business and if we have an issue we have a remedy. I also live more than five miles away from the restaurant and driving all the way back to the store is just unheard of. Also when looking the restaurant up on Google maps it shows that the restaurant doesn’t have drivethru??!!

Was very disappointed today with my orders. The CB was not done all the way, the chili tasted old and the onion slice was way too big. The corn dogs were fried too hard and the cajun fries were limp and tasted as if they had been sitting for hours. And the bbq sandwich hardly had any slaw on it today, as it usually is very good. If it wasn’t for the fact that I hadn’t eaten all day and was very hungry, I would have thrown this meal in the trash can. Was that dissatisfied. I tried to eat it but wasn’t able to finish it. Yuck.
