I just left the drive-through and COOK out at SOUTH PORT, there are four cars ahead of me. Service was outstanding person taking my order was very clear in speech and repeated my order for clarification. Person is at the window were very professional and courteous, and the food is hot. It appears to be accurate. Wait time in line was minimum. This cookout is located on South Beach Rd., which is just become very busy so I’m very impressed with the service I received today. Thank you.

Me and my baby’s Father come here pretty often, almost daily. We usually get the same thing every time we come, it seems as though certain employees who work the late night shift just don’t take much pride in making the food. They either mess up what kind of milkshake we ordered or it’s just not as good as others who make it. And let me just say, when in the world is this place gunna get new intercom/speaker system. They can literally never hear what you are ordering, which maybe could be why they get our milkshake wrong

First time at this location. I went in the drive through. Ordered a burger tray and I asked for double fries. I went around in a parking spot to check my order and seen that I received barely a half of a handful of fries. My husbands tray was missing Cajun seasoning and he asked for BBQ and didn’t get it. I went RIGHT back in there not 1-2 minutes later and said this is not double fries and my husband asked for Cajun on his.
The lady that made the tray tried to argue with me saying that she put more in there. Basically accusing me of eating the fries or something? I dont know but that’s how I took it!! I said I was parked and checked my food just a minute ago? She’s swearing up and down she put more than that. I know I am not the skinniest person , but that is really insulting to basically accuse me saying I did something. Over a what like $2 small fry?? I’m not that broke! I spent $30 on our meals I expect them to be made right. Didn’t catch the lady’s name , but she works in the back I’m guessing as a cook considering she said she made my tray. Extremely rude. Picture for example of what I got in my tray as “double”. Do better.

I work night shifts and sometimes it’s very rough, but the moment I stared to order my meal the cashier was very polite and friendly. Shoutout to that cashier “ Gabrielle” I went around 2:30am and her politeness and personality was amazing. She provided amazing customer service!

I really should be rating this lower. I’m just now leaving this cook out and the service was horrible. The cashier Tori was rude on the intercom when trying to place an order and even worse at the window. When she realized there was mistake she got upset and walked away like a child with my shake in hand. Tori proceeds to get her manager who was actually a nice lady who tried to resolve the situation, while this was happening she asked what I was missing and I said my shake as well and rude, mean Tori was in the back screaming I GAVE IT TO HIM all while it was sitting on the counter *such a liar and a karen* the manager even acknowledged that the shake was still on the counter. The only reason I’m writing this review is because of how bad Tori was and how upset I am with this interaction. I will not be coming here anymore because Cook out obviously doesn’t know how to train their employees in customer service. Good on the manger, shame on Tori.

I stopped here with my wife before her dentist appointment. We drove in an hour away and we’re about an hour early. We planned on getting lunch and enjoying each other’s company, since we don’t get much time together. Pulled in, and there are signs on every window that stated dining room open every day. Great! Let’s get some lunch. Walk up to door and sign says lobby closed. Drive thru only. We were very disappointed. If the lobby is closed, take the signs down so you can’t see them from the road.

Asked for lettuce and tomato to be added on the bacon cheese burger and it clearly shows on the receipt but none on the bacon cheese burger.
Once my husband opened his hot dog we found the lettuce and tomato. Made me laugh. At least they did give us the lettuce and tomato just not on the right meat. Kind of funny. I don’t think I have ever seen lettuce and tomato on a hot dog. Me and my husband both got a good laugh.

Visited this cookout and ordered (3) big double burgers and 1 regular burger. When getting home I noticed that the “big double burgers” had smaller burgers than the regular burger. When talking to the manager, I was told that the big doubles should have had 4oz of beef. After weighing each of the patties which came out to 1.1oz, I successfully paid 12 dollars for 6oz of ground beef. This is on top of the $2.00 ($1 for each on two of the burgers) to add grilled jalapeño. There was not even a while jalapeño worth between the two burgers.
I WILL NOT go back to this Cookout.
