Went there around 2am gad the worst Services ever at a restaurant while trying to place orders at the statically intercom but also had to deal with the rudeness and disrespect from teenagers but this one is the dirty looking girl name Clarissa R. She has has the poorest costumer service skills I ever seen and definitely do not need to be working drive thru or working there period posture was off and it shows that she didn’t want to work food was not the way I order it and was charged for stuff added to my sandwich that I didn’t order need to hire more adults with manners and respect for people this is our money and only should get it when service is properly correct she was prepared food with no hair net and her tracks were nasty looking and all over the place. worst visit to a fast food ever my advice to people is to stay away from these places that these teenagers working they just don’t care and don’t deserve your money. I personally will never come back.

Im so disappointed in this restaurant… i almost $11 for a try meal at 11 am and i orders the big double with cheese bites and nuggets and this is what i was served! I coulda paid the same amt at mcdonalds and git twice as much food. The manger even had to unlock the doors cause the staff just couldnt care less!! In this economy and having 8 or 9 on the clock amd this is the portion size and the cost this is just sad! Needless to say they def lost my business!

Double chocolate shake was all chocolate. How does that happen? By the time I tried to eat it, I was 20 miles away. Years ago, cookout was at the top of their game, not anymore. Things like this seem to happen often there now. Maybe some QA, training and accountability are required.

Cookout is always known for great food and fast for a cheap price. We pulled off to this cookout on our way to the beach. Ordered food and shakes. Our food was handed to us super fast, the shakes got to us 20 minutes later. Tons of food and milkshakes handed out the window to drive thru as we waited, it was kind of crazy.

Went there around 10:00pm, all I ordered was a corn dog and a cup of cheese. I waited 8 minutes at the window, and when I finally received the bag and checked it, all I had was the cup of cheese. No corndog. By the time I had pulled around the building, there were already 4 cars in line. Worker at window was not very friendly, and almost made us pay for another order due to her forgetting we were there.

Horrible customer service. Rude at speaker and window, and extremely unkind at the window. Did not take our order correctly then acted like we asked the girl to kill a dog when we asked for sauces and a refund for the items she rung up that we didn’t order and paid for. EXTREMELY disappointed in the cookout franchise as multiple locations we’ve been to recently have not lived up to the previous service and expectations of the restaurant.

I had a wonderful dining experience here. A small issue with my order was promptly handled by Phil, whose customer service was exceptional. The young woman at the register was equally friendly and professional. The food was served quickly and was fresh and delicious.

This cookout sucks I thought the one in Morehead was bad this one takes the cake bad attitude and worse service all I wanted was my order to be made correctly and I got chili fries with no cheese and a remade walking taco that was somehow worse than the first one I’ve been driving for 6 hours on my way home and wanted something I knew I liked and couldn’t even get that so thank you

One of the worst cook outs I have been to. Food was cold, buns were hard, didn’t put the PB in my shake, and gorl at the window was rude. Almost forgot to give me my shake.
