Cook Out is always a good choice if not the best when getting fast food. The prices compared to other fast food places aren’t even close. You can get a great combo (tray) for such a great price. This location is great. The food is always fresh and delicious plus the staff is always fast and friendly.

I am sitting in the drive thru in the remnants of the storm. Staff has taken nearly 25 minutes to get our food while we wait in line. Slow staff which means cold food. Dirty “employee” goes in the door. Absolutely will NEVER spend another dime here.

Food was great. Service left a lot to be desired though. Slow and unpleasant is the best way to describe it. Milkshakes were overflowing and the cups were a mess. Ended up with icecream all over the console and all over us. The rep working the window seemed annoyed. No smile, no please, no thank you… No conversation at all really. That is just the younger generation though. This is the new normal pretty much everywhere though.

Let me say the food was fresh and hot.. But the attitude was salty when asking for sauce and when we ordered we asked for light ice in both drinks.. they are so packed we could barely get our straws in. Also they gave me a 32 oz cup with tea in it instead of a cookout huge sweet tea.. 5 sips and all my drink is gone. I ordered onion rings and I’ll leave a picture bellow of what I got.

I was at the Box 10 minutes before they closed and nobody would take my order they didn’t even come across the box and say they’re closed or closed early they didn’t say anything they just ignored me and acted like I wasn’t there so I pulled up to the window and they did everything to avoid the window like it was the plague. Another car pulled up at the Box behind me and nothing… they just acted like we didn’t exist. At least have the common courtesy to say you’re not taking any more orders so we don’t sit there and waste our time, gas, and energy waiting on someone to do their damn job. I’m sure they still got paid for that 10 minutes but they couldn’t bring themselves to finish out their damn shift smh

The food is always good and the cost reasonable if the people taking the orders would get it together it wouldn’t be a bad place to eat. I go here quite a bit and seldom is my order correct the first time around. I’ve learned to check it thoroughly before driving off. I believe its because their speaker system needs to be updated. They can’t seem to hear me and I can’t hear them. Plus before I can get what I want out of my mouth they are speaking over me asking questions. They need to listen without interrupting until the order is given then go back and ask questions. It gets old spending money on something to eat and the something to eat always being wrong.
