Horrible staff and don’t know how to get the simple things right. Look at this chicken strip wrap. These MF gave me a nugget. They messed up my girlfriend sandwich and gave her un cooked barbecue. The whole staff that work on 02/04/2023 that worked at 12:00pm needs to be fired. I can’t believe someone would hire them.

It’s convenient but they aren’t that friendly and when you try to check your food they look at you like you have 2 heads. Also they don’t always listen to how you want your food so do check it before you leave. Also I’ve gotten raw chicken nuggets….makes me never want nuggets again. it wouldn’t hurt to be nice and set food timers to make sure the foods internal Temps are correct so people don’t get food poison. Those 2 things are just common curiosity.

I went to this place I’m disabled an couldn’t park in a handicap place because of employees parking in these spaces one was a manager an the other was a student I guess no reason what so ever should these park spaces be occupied by employees with no disability bad business there want be back so if your disabled don’t visit cookout in Pembroke NC you’ll have to walk further to window my bag manager works til 4 an that’s the reason your parked in a handicap space ok I can’t hardly walk on a walker an had to walk even further to window because you work til 4 an parked in this space sorry but not sorry get another job that gives you a parking space closer to the door some people really need these spaces your taking up an the other person was a young man still in high school I guess what was his reason only god knows I’m really disappointed in cookout in Pembroke NC you got to do better by disabled people then I get cold food on top of that voice my opinion on cars an got horrible food never again shut the doors I say
