I order a double burger tray, the lady that took my order was not friendly and I said three time no cheese. I get to work and see my food guess what on my burger (cheese) customer service need to pay attention to detail when someone ordering food instead of being on the phone. This place was so dirty and sticky, the floor was sticky, the walls, the doors looked like someone spilled stuff all over them. I definitely wont go back to this location. If the dining room looks like that then I can only imagine how the kitchen looks.

First the lady dropped our cheese bites order, then had an attitude. Ordered double side of cheese bites and this is what they gave me….my boyfriend also ordered a burger with everything on it and they only gave him cheese and bacon. Very disappointing.

Not only was it not supposed to have tomato, but they added a bread zip tie as an addition to my sandwich, Yum! I will never eat from any cookout ever again and I advise anyone else to do the same.
