Cook Out, please do better—especially when it comes to the double fries option. I’m seriously reconsidering eating here anymore because the portion size doesn’t reflect what you’re actually paying for. When I order double fries as both of my tray sides, I expect a noticeably larger amount than a single order, but that’s just not happening.
During my recent visit, I ordered two trays:
• Hamburger tray with bacon and ketchup (no cheese), double fries
• One tray with a Coke, the other with a Sprite
The food was fine—nothing wrong taste-wise—but with prices going up, the portions should match, or at least feel fair. It’s also time for Cook Out to consider adding a rewards system for loyal customers. With rising costs, some kind of loyalty incentive would go a long way.

While I was ordering I had to yell my order to the guy because he somehow could not understand anything I said. The same guy took my money, but was rude. The food was not good. My burger was on point, but my chicken quesadilla was a cheese quesadilla. My honey mustard wrap had no honey mustard. We couldn’t eat half of the food because it was lacking protein or was dry from no sauce.

It was our family’s first time having Cook Out since we moved here almost 3 years ago. We ended up parking instead of doing drive thru because we noticed a walk up order window. That was good because we did have questions about the menu and didn’t feel rushed. The young lady who attended to us was great. The food came out fast and it was nice and hot by the time we got home. We are a family of 5 and everyone ordered what they thought they’d enjoy with a milkshake to top it off. The food was delicious and tge milkshakes oh so tasty. Great job Cook Out! We shall be returning very very soon. Thank you!

The service was pretty quick. Now I see why. For the individuals who work in food service. Why would you ever service someone something you know you wouldn’t appreciate. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich with hush puppies and fries. The hush puppies were clearly over cooked, clearly. Of course I’m already home when I see it. I was highly disappointed. I hardly ever go to the Cookout. Now you definitely don’t have to worry about me going again…

This location seriously needs to go to another cook out location and see how they make their food. This location is terrible. I’ve tried 3 different times over the last 6 months and every time something is bad. My burger was burnt so bad it was crunchy,the corn dog tasted and looked like it was refried,the only thing edible were the fries. I came back, I ordered the same thing and weeks later it was still a burnt and I don’t mean “char broiled” I mean crunchy burnt burger. The chili even tasted burnt. I’ve eaten at Cook outs all over and this location just needs to start over or close. I wouldn’t eat there again if I got 100 bucks for every bite I took.

Has anyone in that store actually even tried the pink lemonade or tea? I feel like y’all should at least give it a try so y’all can know that it’s completely disgusting. Everything else is fantastic but my wife gets the tea or pink lemonade every time in hopes that one day it’ll be good, and it’s just not. We’re talking about for the last year and a half…never been even close to good taste.

I was out of town when I stopped here. They were about 40 min from closing time. And it took almost that long to get to the window, but there was only 2 cars ahead of me. The girl took my order and money was nice, but the milkshake I had ordered was in a giant cup and it was only half full and the milkshake was an Oreo Cheesecake. It was almost like they were out of ice cream. I couldn’t drink it at all and I feel like they just put cheesecake and Oreos in a cup and mixed it a little with a smidge of ice cream. That was the only thing ordered, so it should’ve been correct. Seems like if they mess up a simple milkshake, then they would probably do the same to the food you order. ***Try It At Your Own Risk***

Went through the drive thru, the girl at the window wasn’t pleasant, ok maybe she’s having a bad day. BUT then I get my food and my burger was raw….no, no, no, can’t eat it, and don’t have time on my lunch break to take it back!!! Never again! I don’t normally leave ratings but this is disgusting! And don’t tell me to call an 800 to complain!! HELL!! You call me, why should I inconvenience myself, again!
