I went to this location a sweet young lady named Miracle and a new lady named Nell help me with my order. She was very friendly and got my food to me in a timely manner. I had a little problem with my burger. I told them what was going on and they fixed it real quick with no problems. I got the double cheeseburger plate with a side of seasoned fries and nuggets. All under 10 bucks. I didn’t get a shake this time, but they do make the best Banana split shakes. Give Cook Out a try you won’t regret it. Thank you so much Miracle and Nell for your great help and wonderful customer service!

315 today obviously open, too busy serving their friend in front of me then they say they are closed. So after i took i business over to wendys accross the road, i watched 30 cars come thru in about 30 min. Good job I will never stop here again due to the nonsense of the employees. Multiple employess standing around getting paid but telling everyone they closed.

Ordered double onion rings. So double is 8 okay that’s fine but these were soggy and mostly broken apart. In other photos from other orders here and at other locations they are firm good size onion rings. And then girl at window got attitude about the confusion. We pay for food to be cooked right and what is represented.

Food is not consistent..when the food is cooked correctly (taste, temperature, time) cookout could be one of the best burger joints. Years ago cookout was the spot to get food any time of the day.
The service is horrible. These new direct managers need to be mangers and stop letting employees do what they want because there behavior makes the company look bad. I only come by 1-2 times a month maybe.
The atmosphere basically here’s your food, bye(actually their look says it all). There’s no dine In only a drive thru. Stop worrying about a check and get your stores under control.

Never gets my order right. I do not know until I get home. It is usually the burger that is wrong. I order “with cheese” – do not get it. I order “CookOut Style” don’t get it. Get the wrong size drink and I try to get the one I want and they argue and/or tell me to “go around and reorder” when my receipt clearly shows I ordered the size I wanted THEY got it wrong. Just a bunch of jerks. No more. I will go to Wendy’s or McDs.

UPDATE: 4/21/24 This place really just sucks. Just shut it down already. Its been at least an entire year since I’ve been here. The chicken on the grilled sandwich was sooooo black it tasted like an old ash tray. YOU REALLY SHOULD BE ASHAMED STEALING PEOPLE’S MONEY BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT IT IS, THEFT!!! Because this trash is inedible.
All I’m going to say other than to please cook the meat is make sure you include the entire order. If someone pays for something, it stands to reason it’s only fair they get it. Spent about $45, missing about $15 worth of food but it took so long to get it going back wasn’t even worth it.
