Why have a dining room open If you dont have enough employees to take orders? Just close it and stop wasting people’s time. Employees in the back see customers standing and no one came out in nearly 5 minutes waiting. I guess thank you for having a clean bathroom.

Most disappointing Cook Out experience I have ever had. The service I experienced made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience for the staff. Friendless and appreciation for my business was not expressed. The girl at the register didn’t even greet me when I was waiting to order, she just stared at me. It took over 15 minutes to receive our burger and hot dog meals. There might have been a fry shortage because, I did not receive anything close to the normal amount of fries that I am used to. My burger was ok but, also not up to the normal standard. My kids’ meals were ok. We all had milk shakes and they were good.

Everything we ordered was old and seemed to have been reheated several times. Ranch wraps were hard from the wrap to the chicken.

10/9/2024 lol Somehow I convinced myself to go grab lunch at this location again and my experience was worst than the last. I’ve never had an issue with any other CookOuts.The blonde girl with lash extensions decided to argue with me and tell me what I received was a Double cheeseburger. I understand sometimes you may receive smaller burger patties but don’t lie and say what you gave me was a “normal size” double cheeseburger. No customer service and the food is bad.

This location was a very good one now management changed my order is always incorrect even after they repeat it back. They cut you on your fries enough to complain about trust me it’s very noticeable like a kids meal size then I order from the menu and the sandwich doesn’t have everything that supposed to be on it it’s just not the same restaurant it use to be at this location

The young lady who waited on us was extremely patient, as it was our first time visiting a Cook Out. She answered all our questions courteously and thoroughly. There were also patrons who instructed us how to order. I got the BBQ chicken, corn dog, onion rings (We ate a few before the pics)

Cookout is a phenomenal value for your money type restaurant. It’s always good food and hit or miss service. It’s hands down our go to place. I would rank it higher if service was more consistent but unfortunately it’s always one side or the other, no real happy medium.
October 2025 Review Edit: Moving from 3⭐️ to 1⭐️. The service at this location needs to be addressed. There is no excuse for the behavior of the employees at this location.
