This location was great until around October 2022. Now, it’s like a gamble if I’m going to get good food or low quality food. The chicken tenders and fries are really inconsistent, with the chicken half the time having barely any meat. I get two sides of fries but you wouldn’t know it from these pictures.

Ordered a double burger tray with Cajun fries and this is what I got. Barely any fries and burger was made wrong the first time I had to send it back. This is the second time I have come to this cookout and second time I have been disappointed. Why is this cookout so awful?

Food was absolutely amazing!!!! It seemed like some real good home cooking!!! Was a little expensive. But I will be returning for sure!!! Decent size portions and the milk shakes were to die for!!!! And to top it off there is 40 flavors of milk shakes!!!!!!

Super slow and lazy workers. I have gone to this cookout for a while and at first it was a great experience. I always like to come here after work since this is the only option for food. However recently the service has been horrible, for the past couple times they have forgotten items in my order and I would have to come back to get them. This last time however, they forgot one of my sides and they also forgot to give me a receipt. Instead of getting what I paid for they told me I would have to pay again. Thanks for taking my money cookout! I really appreciate it!

Cook-out has a standard. This one holds the bar up. I’ll be returning. Drive-thru was slow but it was Tuesday so I can understand the lack of deck hands. Food was hot and looked great.

Please check your orders before pulling off. I ordered the three chicken strip combo w/ double fries. Looked in the box & it was 2 strips, a few fries & a corn dog. They forgot some sides were ordered individually & the sprite tasted like it was missing the syrup that makes it sweet, so the lady inside took it to the lobby machine & it was better. Buttttt once we put it in the cup holder & picked it back up to take a drink, the bottom of the styrofoam cup cracked wide open from the side & the drink poured out!! Just problem after problem…

Ordered a big double tray. The burger was smaller than usually, burnt, no grilled onions, and the bun was super big. Asked for Cole slaw got a teaspoon of that with no utensils. Corn dog was old. Listen I understand it’s fast food but dang y’all wasn’t busy. The only good thing I can say, is the cashier was nice and professional. Please read the ticket and keep up with the screen. Thank you
