I been going to this location a few times and it’s normally always like this don’t know why there isn’t any quality checking on the food before sent out pretty sad when I can’t even eat all the food I paid for hopefully a different location will be better for me

This is pretty much a drive thru there are some picnic tables and a walk up window. My husband loves their hushpuppies. I love their milkshakes. For the cherry cheesecake is the best but they pretty much have a flavor for everyone.
For my family Cookout is a treat every once in awhile. They get people through the line fast and the food is a pretty consistent quality. It’s open very late as well so for a fast-food place they really check all the box.

We were on the road, saw there was a Cook Out at this exit. Looking forward to a great burger. Very disappointed to see it was drive through ONLY. Corporate needs to know that you are losing customers when you don’t have a dining room. Some of us will NOT do drive through. We walked over next door to Zaxby’s.

I had my son pick up a BBQ sandwich tray with seasoned fries and hush puppies. The only thing decent was the sandwich. The fries were soggy and appeared to have been refried and the hushpuppies were hard as a rock. See picture below. Whoever packed this tray doesn’t care about the quality of food or the customer. This meal was trashed!

Went through drive thru in our Truck…waited at the speaker for approximately 10 minutes while the second line moved 3 cars through it. Finally pulled around to the window since no one was in front of us to ask if the speaker worked. We were told the speaker doesn’t pick up certain trucks to go around and get back in line to wait again and try to see if it picks up next time. We left, clearly your customers time isn’t valuable to your employees.

11/15, around 23:18 I ordered an original style grilled chicken sandwich tray w/ double nuggets, large hi-c fruit punch no ice. They got the drink right, but gave me someone else’s order. Kinda disappointed/annoyed because I had my mouth set on my meal. Y’all trying to move with a sense of urgency, but lacking in accuracy. Please pay attention to who you’re giving your orders to. Will be coming to this location for a refund.

We love Cook Out! The food is always great, the burgers and cheese bites are delicious, and I can’t resist getting a Cheerwine float with my tray! This location doesn’t have dining inside, but if you’re staying nearby (like perhaps at the Great Wolf Lodge) this is a great “to-go” option to bring back to your hungry wolf pack!

I won’t get tired of always saying the same thing about this establishment. Fast good and cheap, I always buy Cheddar Style it’s my favorite. As I always go at night and when I’m hungry, I got used to ordering without fries, so as not to weigh my stomach at night and not feel sick in bed, here’s a tip! In that one I did the same as always park the car and walk to the window it’s always faster than standing in line with cars. An attendant that unfortunately I don’t remember the name attended me very well with a smile on her face, thank you very much!!! It’s rare to see someone working on a Friday night and being happy, she certainly has an evolved mind and spirit!! For the rest, it follows the normal of a fast food, dirty parking, cars and strange people everywhere.

I was traveling and really hungry so hoping to catch a quick meal at the cookout here.
I got home and saw my tray like this. The food was too hot that it burned through the tray. I tried to pick through what I could eat that didn’t have styro foam on it, but pretty disappointed.
I also requested cajun fries too. And didn’t get it, but that’s besides the point.

A whole hour wait just to get 3 trays, we waited 30m in line and then when we got to the mic they made us wait another 20m then another 10 at the window, the guy on the mic was nice but the lady at the window had an attitude but i guess it cancels out just a little because she wasn’t cheap about giving sauces
