1st time goin and will be the last time goin. I don’t know where to begin, I was so excited on going here from all the travel I do from vermont to Florida so you know there’s a lot of foodie places along the way. OK so we headed back from Florida and stopped in to this location went thru drive thru ordered had to repeat ourselves like 3x so I figured they got it ask at the window what our order they put it was right food came out in less the 1 minute which I was like that was fast so we check as we are heading out on the road the whole order besides the hotdogs was wrong, wrong burger, wrong sides so we head back and explain i hear the manager yelling at the guy who made our order tell him to clock out then comes back to contend to us so we repeat our order show the receipt and he says give him a minute he’ll fix the order so 7 minutes later we get our order we get back in the vehicle everything looks almost right until we realize they gave us back the same fries that we had in the bag I check the burger both look like someone got pissed about remaking the food it and wrapped it nice in foil which I was surprised when I opened it because the burger looked very small to the 1st ones they quickly gave us. So not the best location for good food next time I’ll try the Mexican restaurant next to them.

We ordered a meal we get all the time, which is typically $28. They put everything in separate and the meal was $40! When I asked them to confirm it was a tray at the window they said it was, at the window they said it wasn’t. I asked them to change it due to the massive price difference. She threw all of it in trays messily and didn’t change it and slammed the window in our face. I understand messing up but rolling your eyes and being rude and not fixing your mistake? Yeah I’ll pass.

First time at Cook out and we had an awesome experience, Ashley Ruffin was so friendly and welcoming. She also gave me great recommendations. The food was so good we didn’t even have time to take a picture lol. Fresh food at unbeatable prices!

The food is good and cheap but you get what you pay for. The servings are not very big I got a chicken ranch wrap, which was one chicken tender wrapped in a small tortilla. I’d just suggest getting two if you’re hungry.

My family of 4, placed our order. The guy taking the order was horrible. Once we received our food few items were missing. Drove back around to the window The guy at window rude. Than he got some man whom I guess was the manager no costumer service at all. People dont understand its not what you say its hiw you saLast time there. What happened to taking care of your guy. It’s located on the right about 3 miles off interstate 95 in Wilson N.C. I can’t recall the exit #. sorry I went through the drive thru as I wanted to get back on the interstate rather quickly. For me you get more bang for your buck , the food is good and they have a variety of options to choose from.

The food at Cook Out was good, but the portion sizes were definitely on the small side—especially the quesadilla, which was super tiny. You’d probably need to order two or more just to feel satisfied. The staff seemed rushed while taking orders, which led to some confusion and a few missing items from my order. The inside of the restaurant could have been cleaner; it felt a bit neglected. Overall, decent food but not the best experience in terms of service and cleanliness.
