They really need to fix there microphone, it was hard to understand the girl inside and even harder for her to understand us. Thankfully our order was mostly correct. Burgers are pretty good, but the star if the show is the milkshakes! They are delicious!

My very first time at a cook out and wasnt sure what to expect. Got a tray – cheeseburger, onion rings and cheese bites. Also tried a hot dog. My favorite were the cheese bites, everything else was just alright. Didn’t realize the cheeseburger would just come with meat and cheese. The hot dog was pretty basic. Pretty good prices when you get the trays.

We have been to this Cook Out many times, the food as always been great, no complaints. Our kid loves it and frankly that is the only reason we ever go there because ordering is truly painful, like it literally hurts to listen to their speaker, it’s always super loud, and you can barely understand the person’s voice. It’s like someone is yelling at you but you still can’t understand them. You have to repeat your order multiple times, in general it’s just a huge hassle. If I were going to list the very worst fast food place to order, it would be Cook Out in Washington.

ridiculously slow for “fast food”. order was wrong as well. staff at window not customer service oriented as i heard them cursing through the speaker and also when they opened the window. would not recommend if you only have an hour for your lunch break.
