I stopped at a Cook Out Tuesday 09/30/25 in Knightdale and ordered a chocolate milkshake after my meal and it was satisfactory. Friday 10/03/25 I order a double chocolate milkshake after eating elsewhere in Nashville, NC for the 1st time ever and it had no chocolate flavor at all. I ate it because it wasn’t worth the aggravation of goingthroughthe process. I live in the Nashville zip code but will not go back to that location.

Ordered a spicy chicken tray. The spicy chicken tray was dry and I’m sure it was sitting way passed the throw away time. Will definitely be telling this guys to make me a fresh chicken every time I come here from now on I’ll wait the 5 minute before I receive a dry chicken like that again. When you order a sandwich called “Cheddar Style Chicken Sandwich” you expect it to actually have cheese on it. Apparently there is a cheese shortage at this location. This is the meal I always order and this is the lowest amount if cheese I have ever received. I couldn’t even taste the cheese. This sandwich was a rip off.
And the service is good if you don’t mind repeating yourself 4 times. My order wasn’t complicated.

My order was incorrect, I ordered 4 trays and only 3 sauces was given to me. No straws were given for my 4 drinks. They took my food back to add on what was missing which is very unsanitary and an unsafe practice. Will not be returning to this location.

Oh my gosh! Best fast food I’ve had. So so good! Amazing food, amazing prices. Please come to Missouri. Only complaint is no seating and wanted more cheese bites! Maybe a couple picnic tables…? Or next time, I’ll bring my own chair.

The burger was thinner than a blade of grass & smaller than the bun it sat on. The half pound of whole onion was both 2xs thicker and wider than the burger itself. I gave it a 2 and not a 1 just bc the ranch chicken wrap was OK and the fries saved it.

If I could give no stars I would a couple months back I went and ordered thru drive thru started off with a guy I placed the order with thru the intercom and then I guess his shift ended and they rotated had a female I get to window they gave me the wrong order I told them and whoever the Hispanic girl was caught an attitude as I was telling her that the order they were trying to give me was not my order I kept having to repeat myself already at the intercom which is so annoying I would NEVER go to that cookout again EVER the nasty attitudes and etc is not acceptable when having employees working at your place of business especially if they are in the wrong
