We are very sad!! We go to cookout almost every night as a treat for my daughter for a good day. She only likes the ice so we always order 2 large cups and get charged $.75. Most nights we also order fries or another shake but occasionally only ice. Tonight in Roxboro we were told they are no longer going to sell ice. Of course my daughter is not happy. I guess since there is no reason to go to cookout now we will buy nothing there. Very sorry for the bad review.

Food is pretty good, but due to they do not know how to stop talking while your still trying to order your food, there’s a good chance they are going to get your order wrong. Last 5 times in row I’ve been there they have got my order wrong.

Milkshake was good other than having to wait for it to melt to get it through the straw they need to get bigger straws. My chicken wraps were good but I ordered 2 hot dogs with chili and ketchup and got them with chili and onion and I’m allergic to onion so couldn’t eat them

Went here on 06/11/2023 around 3:00am after a night out with some friends. We all ordered, waited at least 20min for our food which was 3 trays and a wrap, fries and hushpuppies on the side. After getting the food we check it and I am missing a wrap. We go back up to the window to let them know and DAVE THE MANAGER just gives us the money back for the wrap which was $2.07 WHICH IS THE WRONG TOTAL. Instead of them just simply replacing the 1 wrap they do this. No apologies No sense of Remorse or anything. This is exactly why COOKOUT IS THE WAY IT IS . ESPECIALLY HAVING DAVE AS THE MANAGER KNOWING HE IS KNOWN DRUG USER. Didn’t do business here before this definitely want ever be back here.

Food is always good but every time I go for the same thing the price changes a few dollars each time. One time might be higher next time will be the posted price on the menu, the next higher again as in 3 dollars and change.

I went there last Friday and order a double cheeseburger and a milkshake. The little burger was TERRIBLE, I asked for mustard, ketchup and onions, they put all of those ingredients on one side of the bread instead of on both sides. The milkshake was good, but I will NEVER buy anything else from them again.

Parking lot is small and compact, fast service and decent price. Food is good quality, never had them mess up an order. To-go only, no dine in.
