Now normally I have no issues with this location, I haven’t been in a while . But my entire meal was ruined today. Wait time was a little longer than normal but that’s not an issue I’ve worked in food services I understand it gets busy . Service was polite once I got to the window. The issue was the quality of my meal which has led me to this disappointing reviews. I bit into my Cajun wrap and a bone literally struck the roof of my mouth … the tenders are supposed to be boneless. I just figured I would carry on with the rest of the meal and throw away the wrap but I bit into my burger a couple of times then looked down and my meat wasn’t well done. So I wasted my money for a meal that I partially ate . Again before this incident no issue but this was highly disappointing for me today.

We went late night and the cars were in a long line for the drive thru, so I was about to get aggravated. Little to my surprise it wasn’t even five minutes before we got our food. Four of us ordered and all our food was correct and fresh. Thank you for your speedy and wonderful service.

Today I visited this place because it was close, I placed my order for a normal hamburger tray with double bites of cheese, the cashier without me asking put my order as a simple hamburger, that is, without lettuce, tomato or onion only a bread with meat! Then the girl at the dispatch window fixed my order but the meat was not grilled, the drink had the typical taste of a beverage machine that has not been properly maintained, the positive difference with other restaurants of this chain is that it has a small space with tables to sit on, I have eaten in many other restaurants of Cook Out and I stay with the one in Louisburg, Durant or Raleigh.

I just happened to like this location versus the other locations that have been to so far which did not have any sit down seating areas. The service over here is pretty fast and the food was great and I have no problem returning to this location again. Only small issue is that the employees aren’t paying for enough attention to the customers like they’re supposed to or maybe I have missed something. I don’t know other than that, recommended.

The workers were pleasant. The food was trash I ordered a chargrilled chicken tray with ranch wrap and fries. Fries were old, sandwich was dry, and wrap was old the chicken tender cut the roof of my mouth. Yeah could’ve been better.

I go here often with my kids. The food is good and the service is what I expect. Job well done for dine in. I can’t speak to the drive through part of the review. The tables could be cleaned more often. I think they do a good job, all thing considered. I don’t care for the Oreo shake, but it is something that I normally would like.

Stopped in for a Sunday lunch. Really friendly staff, and the cleanest Cook Out we’ve ever eaten at. The bathrooms were immaculate, as was the dining area.
The well prepared food was the bonus. We highly recommend this location!

Our family went to eat on 11/11/24 and it was a bad experience. From not getting the order correct to the portion size. The grilled chicken sandwich covered perhaps 1/2 to 2/3 of the bun. The fries, ordered as cajun fries, were lukewarm and NOT cajun. The majority of the time I’ve gone, there haven’t been problems. However, today was horrible.

This location is new, clean and open dinning.. the food was good but not quite up to par with what I have enjoyed in the past… Foot traffic is slow for a midweek afternoon but steady… Not having an App or loyalty program is a bummer… The shakes are VERY good though…
