Don’t park on the far side at night, after exiting my vehicle I tripped on the parking concrete stop, went in to order I waited for my food finally the mangers asked what are you waiting for, my order had been given mistakenly to someone in the drive thur any how the manger fixed my food himself, good guy. To many goof balls work there and can’t even take an order properly and remember their customer in front of them. After leaving Cookout I wished I had never stopped there.

Recently visited this cookout location with 2 other people we went thru drive thru they got our order wrong we asked for 2 of the exact same thing and they only got one and were being rude in the drive thru when we told them that’s not correct however we got our order correct in a timely manner ordered 2 Reese shakes that tasted like they were old/expired burgers tasted ok.

Was told to wait at window waited 10mins minimum then I come inside and the person behind me gets to come to window right as I walk in now frustrated to order at outside window. Then I go inside no one is literally ordering but yet I had to wait 10 mins for nothing then get laughed at by the pink braided hair woman at window told me to wait. I do not find it funny nor professional to have me wait then when I say im coming in to order which took 3 mins the person behind me got to go to window and order as soon as I left.

I went there with my family today. Even went inside so there was no confusion. They got everything else right but mine. I ordered 3 grilled chicken sandwiches Cajun style and cheddar style with no onions. Got home and opened the sandwiches between the 3 of them there was probably a whole cooked onion on them all. When I asked for no onion 3 different times and even went inside to order so they would understand because we all know there mic system suck. That why I went inside.

I know the workers are probably exhausted and underpaid but I paid extra for less … I ordered a single hotdog tray with a walking taco hush puppies and didn’t get the walking taco at all. I was also charged extra for chili and slaw and hardly had any chili at all on the hot dog. If I’m paying extra for this, the least you could do was give me what I paid for. I didn’t even get half my order!

Inside looks old and the tables were dirty, the people were working hard to get food out, but the food itself wasn’t anything special, if I revisit this establishment I’d definitely try something different instead of the spicy chicken [sandwich].

After bring to the attention of staff Marco the Manager that something was in my drink. The way he was talking wasn’t a concern with what I found but how to cover for staff. They need to be closed down until nasty staff is fired and a full cleaning happen!! As manager he need to be retrained how to handle what can be a lawsuit! Who knows what’s in your food.
