I’m so tired of getting hockey pucks served as a hamburger patty. This is just becoming ridiculous. Instead of making fresh they just slap a burger that’s been sitting there just enough to warm it or should i say burn it back up to serve. This location always serves burgers black & burnt as can be

We use to eat at cookout on the regular but it seems hear lately every time we eat there the experience gets worse and worse this is what cookout out in thomasville served to me last night as a order of wisconsin cheese bites on the tray my husband burger was so burnt he threw his whole tray away and we went across the street to taco bell and had a excellent experience there i try not to complain bc I myself work in the food/restaurant industry but this is happening way to often and we work hard for are money and to keep receiving inadequate meals. Is foolish so please cook out communicate with your team and tighten up

Thomasville cookout has just went down hill they aren’t friendly and they aren’t quick in service at all. They can’t even get a milkshake right how sad ordered a caramel cheesecake milkshake and they gave me a vanilla shake. Maybe they should retrain the staff. I use to work there when I was in high school and it’s not hard to make a milkshake with every custom order imaginable.

I have NEVER had bad food from this cookout i dont think ever. My tray today is AWFUL. Fry machine is down, okay thats fine, double walkin tacos. COLD. both of em. Dont even get me started on the burger! The SOGGIEST burger I have EVER SEEN. Woulda thought it was pre-cut in half how it split down the middle PICKING IT UP out of its tin foil. Mind you I have opened this tray like 8 minutes after it was handed to me. Honestly dont even feel like coming back to let you mess it up again, I mean fix it. I had a feeling cookout was going to crap like the rest of Tville fast food. I was right.

I came on a Friday night, after a long day. They were packed with people. I received someone else’s order by mistake. When I returned the food, they were incredibly nice. They refunded what I had paid for the incorrect meal, and charged me nothing to replace it with the correct order. That was very kind.

This evening, we ordered the Cookout Style Cheeseburger platter with onion rings as one side and chicken nuggets for the other side. When we received this “platter” it had a whopping total of four medium-small onion rings. I politely asked our drive-thru server if we could have more as this looked very meager. She nodded her head in agreement and, with a smile, said she would tell the young lady in charge. The young lady in charge advised us the policy at Cookout is “4 onion rings per serving.” I politely asked for more as this wasn’t even enough for a kid’s meal. She said she’d gladly ring up another order for me. I stated, as kindly as possible, “No, I mean for what has already been paid as I’ve never seen such a meagar portion here before.”
A moment passed, and she came back with a smile and a container of more onion rings. She said “bye-bye” as I said Thank you and she closed the window.
We got home to find the second picture 3 & 3/4 onion rings. Please see 3rd and 4th pictures with salad fork for reference for comparison.
I have always been a fan of Cookout. Their food is always tasty, and I find it sad to have to write a negative review. Hopefully, either this is a misunderstanding of the policy for the young lady in charge OR maybe we will have to get our food elsewhere?

Dual Drive through windows at this location. One is on the passenger side window which is awesome so you can make your passenger do some of the work, leaving you the ability to drive away as soon as you get your food. This location also has a walk up window (some of the newer locations are doing away with this, however i find it to be incredibly useful). Parking lot was clean and well lit. This location stays open well past midnight for those late night meals. I cant speak highly enough of cook out, and this location is one that sets that standard.
