I hate to EVER be the type to return my food or complain, but they gave me an extremely pink burger tonight so I came through for another. showed the worker, she saw it and exclaimed that it was too pink, said they had somebody new on grill tonight and she threw the first one away but then the second one they gave me was only a bit less pink than the first one. and then I said alright I’ll give them one more chance… come back through, and this time, the third one was cooked properly all the way through but they forgot my mayo and cheese on it! At that point I was like alright I’m not even gonna try coming back through for a fourth one… guess they were just having a bad night but damn yall had 3 tries to get it right ! Never had a problem here previously but I don’t think I’ll be returning at least for a while.

Want to definitely shout out an employee by the name of Bryanna, she is absolutely amazing. Made my experience exceptional, is the reason I will be returning back to this location. Her positive attitude, and beautiful smile; as she made sure my order was correct. Really made my day, she is definitely someone you want when it comes to food services. Felt as if it would not be right, if I did not take the time to show my gratitude. By not only letting the company know, but sharing my experience with this amazing young woman. If I could rate a -00000 I would!!! Everytime I come here they just throw my stuff together. Slow down and actually listen and prep peoples food and maybe yall would have a better rating. Stopped coming 2 years ago for this reason, decided they may be better by now but YOU CANT BE ANY BETTER BY just SLOPPING food together and handing it to people. None of mine or my husband’s order was correct. Food was not good because it was wrong. I asked the girl twice to make sure because, we’ve had things wrong before. I was met with attitude when I hadn’t given it to her when I asked. My husband is a very picky eater and I wanted to make sure he had his food made correctly. Very disappointed.

HIGHLY disappointed in my first time ever going here. I’ve heard great things but this specific location needs practice. Whoever is on the grill needs to slow down, CLEAN the grill, not over cook and burn food. Turn the heat down a notch. Trust yourself.
I ordered a burger and the patty was BLACK with burnt crusty stuff coming off of it. It tasted burnt and like a dirty grill. Also my burger was cut into, which means you thought it wasn’t done. I can tell by the outside of it, it was done a long time ago. Please help this cook be better. I know it can be busy and overwhelming but TRAINING FROM MANAGEMENT IS KEY. won’t ever come to this location again.

Shakes are good. Hushpuppys and fries are good. The burgers weren’t bad but I’m not a burger type. Tonight I got BBQ platter.The pulled pork was pork paste and did not taste like pork (pic) and the coleslaw had a bunch of iceberg lettuce in it. The only thing I will come back for is the shakes

I dunno, quality has kind of gone downhill, even for cookout. Ask for cajun fries, youll get unseasoned regular fries every single time.
