Went in for a quick bite after work and it did what I needed it to do. The place was fairly clean and the line moved at a decent pace, even with a few people ahead of me. I ordered a combo meal and the food came out hot, which I always appreciate at a fast food spot. Fries were fresh, not overly salty, and the burger tasted how you’d expect, nothing fancy but solid. Staff was polite enough, not overly chatty but got the order right. Prices felt normal for what you get these days. It’s not somewhere I’d drive out of my way for, but for a quick and easy meal, it works just fine and I’d go back again.

We come here often and its hit or miss if your order will be right but today i had a female employee argue with me in the drive through after she was the one that misheard my order , she talked to me as i was dumb, we just ended up leaving, i have never experienced this before here. Please train the employees better or stop hiring just anyone

This is the second time I’ve been through here and asked for fresh fries with seasoning and I got neither. The fries (chicken strips are rubbery) taste like they’ve been under the warmer for at least an hour or two and of course I don’t trust asking for fresh ones because I know what kind of world we live in these days and I’ve seen firsthand what can happen when you say something. I’m not trying to accuse someone of doing something to the food or say this crew would… but you just can’t trust it when you can’t see it remade. You would think when you specifically ask for fresh, and pay what you do for food that they could at least make it fresh and hot instead of lukewarm mushy fries and not what you ask for. The cheese bites are never hot and melted inside, cool to the taste and very chewy. It’s almost as if they redrop old ones or something to make the outer part crispy again but inside doesn’t heat up. I’d add my photos of my mushy brown fries but it won’t let me. If it’s old grease, please change it because this is nasty and unacceptable. Pretty sure this is a late night stop where it’s just been under the warmer a while. 10/14/25

The food tastes good, but if you order from the drive thru your order is almost guaranteed to be wrong in some way. The employees at the drive thru never repeat your order back to you, and that is a large part or the problem. My last experience at this cookout location left me pretty angry at the way that the drive thru employee spoke to me while I was ordering my food, which is why i am leaving this review. For any managers, or owners that may read this review, please take this seriously… the drive thru employees that work at night are rude, and there is a large chance I will not be returning to this cookout location again because of it. I gave 2 stars because the food actually tastes good, but the service, the accuracy of the orders and the attitude of the employees…. is 1 star worthy in my opinion.

This is not my first time experiencing this it happens multiple times but always never decided to say something but this time I can’t i went 15 minutes away from my house at 12:30 Am ordered my food came back home and it’s totally the wrong food imagine driving 30 minutes just to get back home to see your food is not even right and I’m pretty sure the manager handed me the food.

You can tell they dont change there fry oil like they should. Also the place is pretty nasty inside the kitchen wet everywhere food all over the floor etc. Im glad to be a reviewer on Google I hope all the citizens see this review.

Okay, they didn’t have cheese bites tonight but I tell you what, I feel like they all made up for it with one of the best beef quesadillas I’ve ever had, it was actually FILLED with stuff I couldn’t believe it! The chicken tenders were enormous and crispy, and the fries were delicious, absolutely loved it!
