One of the best Cook Outs I’ve been to as far as the food is concerned. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was fast, as expected. The building is older and not much seating and what few tables are there were dirty. We ended up eating at sn outside table in the heat.

The people are good, and the food is too! It’s just the cleanliness of the floor, tables, and bathroom is ridiculous I didn’t even want to eat inside! Eating outside was actually the better option and I visited 8/27 or 8/28 so a couple days ago!

Absolutely the worst fast food I have ever eaten. Asked for no cheese, onions or mayo on my burger and they slapped all 3 on it. Hot dog chili tastes just like Bunker Hill chili sauce and not fit to eat. Why people line up into 64 ans block traffic just to eat at this sorry place is beyond me.

I got the chicken tenders tray with fries and onion rings. It was ok, but it could have been better. It seems like another really good fast food place is really going downhill with the quality of their food.

We went and bought food for 8 people and spent around $60. You can not go to McDonald’s and buy food for 8 people and get the amount of food we got at Cookout. The service was on point, and the atmosphere was like any other fast food joint.

We traveled through a Michigan ice storm for a Cookout bbq. It did not disappoint. The only recommendation is keep the dining room a bit cleaner during slow times.

Got all the way home and guess what… no fries in my tray. I was looking forward to those Cajun fries that I paid for. It’s either drive back at 11:15 at night or go without them. Going without them and extremely disappointed that it wasn’t checked before given to me. Especially considering there isn’t anywhere to pull and check your food at the Asheboro, NC location.

If you’re over 30 it’s better to not visit after 8pm. There’s constantly an army of 16 year olds surrounding the restaurant being annoying with obnoxious music blaring literally in your face. It’s a hit or miss with the service but understandably so, they are incredibly busy. Food is consistent and the shakes are always amazing. Definitely not a “hang out” spot, grab your food and go, unless of course, you’re 16 and have a horrible taste in music.

This cookout has been very disappointing in my experience. Food was never as good as the cookout in Albemarle. The last time I came in here which has to be quite a few years ago at this point the drink machines were broken they cooked the fries wrong so they were all salty and the workers were more goofing than working.
