I love the food at Cookout, even if the presentation is comically bad. The folks there were helpful and patient with our indecisiveness, but this particular Cookout has completely eschewed dining in. All of the windows were blacked out and they’ve replaced their customer entrance door with a locked heavy steel door.

We’ve never been to a Cook Out before and passed one while staying in the area. It was super busy but the lady taking my order was very nice when answering all my questions. She also handled it well when I asked if they had milkshakes despite the huge sign stating all of the flavors. There was so much it was overwhelming. They were super fast and the food was delicious!
