One thing I can say about this Cook out is that it was fast. They were handing me my food as they were handing me my change. On the flip side my burger seemed thrown together. The lady at the drive thru was very nice. This Cook out is a drive thru only. I would like the option to eat in if I wanted to. The prices are good and so are the shakes.

The service from the drive thru was amazing! This was our first time and the guy was patient and very helpful!! The burgers were small though that would be the only downfall of this place. Milkshakes are amazing!!!! Definitely returning however there aren’t any in Texas! Cmon Cookout!! Can we get you down in the south PLEASE!!

Horrible customer service. Went through the drive thru and it sounded like whoever was on the other side did not want to be there at all. I ordered a bbq sandwich with coleslaw and hot sauce, when I opened the sandwich up the meat looked like chopped up cat food, smelled disgusting , ended up throwing it away. My first and last time eating here.

Great fried food. Awesome shakes. New policy only allows 1 sauce per tray even though you get a tray with 3 different food items. Nuggies, Tenders and cheese curds all 3 need different sauce. If it was 1 sauce per food item that would be ideal.

This is the only Cook Out in the area. What you get is what you get. I have had great meals and service, and poor meals and service here. It depends on when you go. Today for example, it was the lunch rush and everything was being made fresh. It was all good, and the service was decent.

Love that they are open late. The fries and onion rings were hot. The fries were a bit too salty but the onion rings were awesome. Kinda like DQ onion rings but much better. Spicy chicken breast sandwich was NOT at all spicy but it tasted decent. The food is definitely good especially for a fast food place that’s open late!!
