The food was really good, and so was the service. I got an Out West Burger, Cajun fries, and Cheddar cheese curds. I would eat here again if I could, I live outta state.
My only ding is that the music was cranking, if it was turned down a hair my review would have been 5 stars.

My first Cook Out experience and it was great. It was actually my second dinner because the first place I went was so underwhelming I needed more food to be satiated. Big serving. Great taste. Quick and friendly service.

Get home to find out my food was wrongly made.. the cashier was amazing, the person making the food needs to get an eye exam so he/she can read/see the screen more clearly. As i do pay for the food I order. I only expect it to be correct when arriving home.

First visit to this eatery establishment. It is by far one of the better visits to Cook Out. The ones in Virginia I’ve had have ranged from good to garbage. NC ones are way better for some reason. This one, however, was really good! Everything was fresh, hot, and good. The fries were the worst thing. They were floppy (I like them with a crunch) but they were actually fairly good and hot!
The parking lot is good, slightly cramped, but the tradeoff is the inside is humongous. I will certainly eat here again and I recommend you do the same.

This used to be an affordable place to eat. Now its nearly $10 after taxes for a cookout tray. My big double patties were the size of sausage patties. 1 patty covers half the bun. Very small portions. After many years of being 1 of my favorites I will never return. I can get a half lb burger and fries for $10 from cheddars and many other finer places with way bigger portions. I no longer find value eating here. I hope corporate reads this!

Decent food for the price. We usually order at the drive thru but have been inside. It’s a clean and busy atmosphere. My favorite menu item is the cheese bites. They’re open later than most local fast food places in my area. I would recommend.

Very dishonest place. Last time I came through, in was upcharged for a water bottle. After I paid they informed me that they didn’t have water bottles available. Today I went through, giving them a second chance, and they give me a warm water bottle. So now I get to eat my food with no drink and I can enjoy this water in 8 hours after it has cooled and I get off work! You just lost a customer over water!
