I had a really bad experience at this location. I was told to pull up to the window, then told to move back even though the drive-thru wasn’t busy. When I finally got my food, it wasn’t even in a bag, and the worker was rude and basically threw it through the window. On top of that, my sweet tea looked disgusting — like someone had spit in it. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional service.

For the most part cookout has decent fast food. I was not impressed with the barbecue sandwich. It had no barbecue taste to it and it taste like greasy mashed up chicken. Other than that I really can’t complain because I go there especially just for the milkshakes. It’s a good place to pop in the eat something unhealthy and have a good time. The prices aren’t bad. The parking lot is a little tricky to get in and out of other than that overall, it’s a nice location. It’s a nice place to go and grab something.

We came here a couple weeks ago for 3 shakes. We didn’t try them until we got home and they tasted like spoiled milk so I went back and got a refund. fast forward to today we gave them another shot assuming the first time was a fluke. AGAIN the shakes taste like expired milk. Not as bad as last time but it taste like the milk is days past expiration. I don’t even feel like going back for a refund this time- we will just never come back.

I love the bbq, hush puppies and their milkshakes. However, this evening the order taker at the Mercury Bvld restaurant got the order wrong and gave me a peanut butter fudge milkshake versus the banana fudge that I ordered. I didn’t like drinking a spoon of peanut butter so I called, drove the 10 mins to get the shake replaced. For my inconvenience, I asked the night manager to throw in some fries. He refused. He didn’t care that their mistake was an inconvenience to me. This is horrible customer service and I will file a complaint with the corporate office.

I ordered my food at 11:33pm (double burger tray, chicken quesadilla, and Cajun ranch wrap with a caramel cheesecake milk shake). The lady at the window told me my order was 11.17 then changed it to 10.77. When I arrived at the window the lady was rude and mistakenly said my order was 11.17 again. I corrected her and asked for ranch bbq and cookout sauce. Once she handed me my food she closed the window. She didn’t give me any cookout sauce then I waited for her to reopen the window. I asked for cookout sauce again then she said, “oh we are out”. She could have easily communicated that however I asked for ranch then I left. I arrive home to eat my food to find out my order was wrong. I did not receive my order correctly as mentioned above. Please look at the photo. The lady was rude, showed lack of customer service and integrity, did not communicate properly, unprofessional and could not review my order to ensure that it was correct before giving me just a tray. I would drive back but it’s 15 minutes from my location. Please check your food before pulling off but Cookout please assess your employees and train them properly. I am a unhappy customer. I ordered in the right lane and shared the time to ensure management can look into this. Once again not satisfied and should be compensated for the money I gave and did not even receive 3 food items totaling the tray.

Wanted to try something new. Drove thru the drive and ordered. I ordered 2 burgers. Clerk asked me something, but I didn’t understand what additional they were asking so I asked them to repeat the question 3 times, never did understand what was be asked, Drove up to the window to finish order, but clerk never opened window. Never got burgers. Won’t go again.

Me and my gf ordered the big double trays, with nuggets and corndogs. We got a total of 7 nuggets. I got 3 and she got 4 the last time I checked it was a 5 ct that you get for a side. They weren’t rude or anything but skimping on the food is crazy, you couldn’t even give us both 4? Lol

If they can get the order right .Shorty girl was talking so fast on the speaker while I was ordering, she barely let me.get a word out before she was aggressively asking “anything else”…like young lady . OK, whoever was taking orders around 5:40 PM today for the drive-through on the left, which is the passenger side drive-through was very rude very unprofessional and honestly doesn’t have Customer Service skills. It sounded like a masculine girl, and she or he kept interrupting me while I was giving my order. Not the person who was taking the money at the window (lighter skin complexion girl), the person who took the order and the person who gave out the were two different people. The one who took the order was the issue.
