Hmmm… the hype was not worth it. Ordered a double and got a single. The burger was soggy, not juicy. It would be a waste of time taking it back, this was evident when trying to get some ketchup. There would be no trust in eating the burger if it were returned. The burger was raw, so that was the one any only bite. What a waste of money. Customer service was poor. Would not recommend.

My order was a Big Double Burger, No Bun (aka “Lettuce Wrap”), add Grilled Onion, Cajun Seasoning, Tomato, Fresh Jalapeño and House/Quesadilla Sauce.
For my 2 sides I ordered 1 Spicy Homestyle Chicken Tender Wrap (aka Spicy Wrap) and 1 Cajun Ranch Homestyle Chicken Tender Wrap (aka Cajun Ranch Wrap).
The 2nd go-around/order I ordered the same custom burger but instead I ordered 2 custom Spicy Wraps (add Cajun Seasoning and Hot Sauce) instead for the sides.
I asked for no drink, I had my own water.
The gentleman who tended to my order was very patient with me. Very well spoken and/or articulate and also loud enough to hear but not sound obnoxious; I understood everything he said. He repeated the order back to me as I ordered which showed whether or not he understood me.

Not only that but my food was done VERY fast AND good. Got it in less than 5 minutes.
I ordered, parked, ate it, came around for seconds, and the same service again. The gentleman even remembered that I asked for utencils the last go around and decided to give me another of set of them.
I felt guilty coming just under an hour before they’re scheduled to close but nonetheless the gentleman and lady I saw for a brief second tended to me with no attitude or negative emotion.

This is one of the best Cook Out experiences I’ve had! The Wild West theme was fantastic and added a fun atmosphere to the visit. The burger and fries were delicious, and the soda machine was fully stocked, which is always a plus. Just as we started to get a little impatient about our order, they called our number. Let’s be honest: you don’t go to Cook Out expecting to be wowed or to receive five-star service, but for what it is, it delivers. I’d much rather come here than to McDonald’s or Wendy’s. Overall, it was a quick, satisfying, and positive experience!

Well, this isn’t how I expected my dinner to go. As you can see I ordered a grilled chicken tray with fries. The receipt says HONEY MUSTARD but obviously the photo doesn’t show that. I got a SPICY sandwich I couldn’t eat and I’m on my way to work a 12 hour shift so going back is not an option. It’s already hard enough to get in the place let alone go back. And my fries were hot but just a limp as the lettuce. Happy New Year.

My bf introduced me to this place as he’s a NN native and since there isn’t a cookout back at home, TODAY was the day to try!!
With that being said, this was my first time trying Cookout and in my opinion, it was REALLY GOOD!! It’s a good go-to place if you want something SUPER QUICK and greatly priced. Since it was my first time here I got the entire menu (not literally but got a few things. Their menu is overwhelming but self explanatory. They have a HUGE selection esp in their milkshakes.
Employees had great manners and were personable!
We both got:
Tray w/
– DBL burger with two sides: slaw & chili — 10/10
-butterfinger milkshake — 10/10
– BBQ sammich — 10/10
-slice of cheesecake (not sure if I liked it or not) — not sure what to rate it
-DBL burger w/ two sides: white cheddar cheese bites & fries 10/10
-banana pudding shake — 10/10
I rarely give my foods a perfect score so when I do (and it’s my opinion) that means it’s good

I bought this meal from here and it wasn’t cooked. I took it back and told them it wasn’t cooked, but they said it was cooked because the color wasn’t pink. I was having trouble even tearing it apart with my teeth; the outside was cooked, but the inside was still raw.

Had to repeat everything I said 2-3 times when giving my order. The person taking the order simply did not listen to what was being said. I was surprised everything came out correctly. We purchased two trays, one junior, one regular and cost was ~$19. The sides were incredibly small. Four onion rings and four cheese bites! That’s two sides? Food tasted decent but made us very sick the next day. We won’t be eating at a cookout anytime soon.

Ordered the western and double burger with Cajun fries and normal fries. Fries were cold and we were surprised to see how small the burgers were. The burgers were good tasting but the western did have a smell to it when opened up. The patty was also dry and kind of falling apart. The best part of the meal was the shake. Ordered a custom drink and it was absolutely amazing! Might not come back for the food but will come back for the shakes!!!

I love their food. It tastes different than most fast food. In a good way. The only problem I have is the serving size for their cheese bites. Its $3.99 for 6 or 7 small pieces. It doesn’t even fill the bad. They’re good but not worth the price. Everything else is fine. The shakes are great
