We have been going to this cook out for at least 4 years now, it’s the neighborhood cook out so we go quite often. However for the past couple of months the people working have been extremely rude. When I say extremely, I mean it! They have been having some serious attitudes, you can’t ask them for a sauce without getting some serious stink eye or them shutting the window in your face. I don’t know what’s with the crews lately specially this light complexion young teen boy with black curly long hair who is just mean altogether, he’s been there most the times during the night shift. Anyways, I always order the same things, same drink and large. Well lately this young boy has refused to get me my drink saying I have to request it beforehand (I never had this issue before until then) well the biggest thing is that even when requesting it they haven’t given it.
Then this time another young boy taking our order was so extremely rude, then when we pull to the windows that other young boy I already mentioned before (he was there this time too) comes to the window and looks straight at us for a minute then laughs, at this point we are just baffled and confused. To top it off the food was wrong, (didn’t get the spicy sandwich, instead got a regular). Like I said there been issues before but this last experience thing was it! Seriously what type of service does this place give nowadays. Honestly I’m not the only one that complains from this location lately, quite a few of the neighbors in the neighborhood have been saving the same type of experiences, some gave up and just don’t go anymore. Is this the reflection of the Reaves family, im would bet not! Hoping to see a change! Some nice and respectful crews. Attached pictures of wrong items .

The service has been improved lately, the microphone is still a bit hard to here, but even when the line is long it goes fast and being open late is awesome when most of the other places are closed, I like the paper boxes and not melty Styrofoam, it’s a solid choice for quick eats

My receipt says “Dominique,” but I’m not sure if that’s who actually took my order. Either way, the interaction was very rude. I asked how he was doing; he responded, but didn’t bother to ask how I was doing in return. There was no customer service at all. He even asked me if I was “cool,” as if he had an attitude, and when I said, “Oh, you must be ready to go,” he said he was.
I work in the food industry myself, so I understand being exhausted, but it’s still not an excuse to be rude to customers. I asked for extra condiments and was told they were already in the bag, but there were none — not even a straw. Sad. I probably won’t return.

First time there. Ordered cajun chicken sandwich, cajun fries, and onion rings. Good sandwich. Flavor was there. 1 thing, though, it was half of a butterflied breast . I’m a grown man. At least give me the whole butter fly breast. ♂️

BEWARE!!! STOLE MY CARD INFORMATION AT DRIVE THRU! I went through the drive thru on February 12th. I didn’t think anything of it when she handed me back my card and asked to scan it again. Today February 15th, I had an alert that someone tried to purchase $100 at Advance Auto. This is the only place I physically handed my card to someone within the last few days and I also have not made any purchases since then or even before so it had to be here!

I drive up and the guy at the mic is being very impatient. When I roll up I give him my card and all that but when I ask for sauce he turns away with the window half open and acts like he can’t hear me. Eventually I get him and the sauce packet he gives me looks like it’s a month old and is partially open. If my hand wants out to grab it he probably would’ve tossed it into my car. Food was good though
