1:50pm on a Monday 8/7. Service was horrible. Cashier said they weren’t making wrap nor quesadillas and this was not because they’re out just simply because they did not want to. We bit into our onion rings to still have it breaded not done. Just nasty. Spend your $10 at Waffle House.

This place is just AWFUL!! I ordered a 2 chicken quesadilla tray and the workers were SO RUDE! Not only did they rush me, but the WHITE WOMAN I repeat WHITE called me a cracker and white trash because I asked for a straw and napkins. They asked if I wanted sauce at the speaker but I didn’t get that either. Such horrible attitude from EVERY worker I’ve had problems with the one with the purple wig in the past!! I tried to call corporate but they never answer the phone.

Barely worth writing a review over but please talk to y’all’s younger crew about common courtesy; it’s a shame to be rushed to order before you have 30 seconds to view the menu, even after asking for a moment when I was initially greeted. Much prefer a slight wait and general pleasantries than to be badgered for my order as the only customer in line. I hope the young lady has a better day but I won’t be returning to this location. Stop letting capitalism rob y’all and your employees of human decency.

Love the combo meal setup with a sandwich, two sides and a drink. It adds up to a great value but I do wish the portions were a little bigger. The watermelon shake is a must have for me during the months of July and August.

I did not like my experience here tonight. I asked for a double burger tray and I. Pilent see the second patty so I went back up to fix my order. The lady at the window was rude and made me uncomfortable. The one who made my burger came up to the window with some negative energy and let me know there was a second patty but it smooshed in between the cheese(her verbiage). Needless to say I look at my new made burger and it doesn’t even cover the bread. I am disappointed and hope that customer service will be a lot better.

I have a negative experience EVERYTIME i come here. They’re always so rude and disrespectful. They will rush your order but then take 20 minutes to talk to you over the mic. The white girl with ginger hair at the window was SO RUDE to me today. She had an attitude the whole time because she didn’t hear me answering her questions. Then I get to the window, she tries to hand me my shake but drops it before I can even get my fingertips on it, then gives us more attitude. Also no straws or sauce in the bag. Get better employees.

It’s been about 5 or 6 months since I’ve been here, so I stopped by today to grab lunch. I ordered a tray with the 1/4 burger, fries and white cheddar cheese bits. This is what I have ordered in the past. However today the burger didn’t even fill the bun and apparently a “side” of cheese bits is only 4. I was very disappointed.

Jesus the food is great but the customer service the last 7 months from the young ladies that work at night is horrendous. I eat here four nights a week 1. Because it’s the only thing open when I get off work 2. It’s my favorite food place ever. All I ever get is one sandwich and a large drink with no ice and 8 times out of ten the sandwich is wrong , the grilled chicken will be straight up raw and the drink has extra ice ♂️. They rush you to order and that’s after the five minutes of silence before they come on the mic and demand you to order like you’re disturbing their day they will not comfirm anything you say so just hope and pray she heard your modifications because “they dont pay her to confirm nun”. After you order there’s another ten min of silence before you get a total because again “she not about to be talkin to you all day”. Many times I’ve just pulled to the window from lack of response and at the window these girls will go thru great effort to speak 0 words as they process your order again hope and pray she blesses you with napkins and a straw because that’s another five min wait if she’s closed the window. Whenever my sandwich is wrong I have to wait another five to ten minutes for whatever rude girl is in the window to finish pretending she hasn’t noticed me still sitting there to open the window and without any words coming out her mouth take the bag back and force and new one out the window as if this is this a volunteer job and your asking her for to much. God forbid I ever get a napkin or straw. I know this is lengthy but I love cookout and I’m so fed up with these rude, unprofessional young ladies in the window at night. please look into this stores night staff I’ve been in the restaurant business for decades and I would shop the drive thru at my store looking for these rude type of girls in my windows and fire them on the spot many times for similar behavior that I’ve experienced at this cookout location. Please do something or I will have to settle for Wawa
