went through the drive-thru and the employee was very disrespectful and seemed just genuinely pissed off, which i understand that we are all human and have bad days, but it doesn’t give you a reason to be dismissive and rude to other customers that haven’t done anything to you. when placing my order, she kept disappearing from the intercom and coming back, making me restate my order. i pulled around and asked for sauce and was given an attitude when she asked what kind i wanted. then, i was given the wrong size for one of my two drinks (i ordered two larges and one cup was clearly smaller than the other). she said “that is a large” and closed the window. wish that employees here were kinder and less passive-aggressive considering how good the food is for its price.

Well where do we start. The manager took my order failed to give me one of my drink cups. Did not put my shake in correctly. You self serve your drinks ice was all over the place unsweet tea was in a random pitcher they were out of sweet tea. A worker went and got more but upon pouring it it was basically sugar water with a hint of tea coloring. I feel this place needs a lot of help. Attached is the picture of the “sweet tea”

Best value, best tasting burgers and fully customized burgers. The trays were such great value and the fancy shakes are amaze-balls! There are about 30 flavors to choose from and only $1.50 more instead of a soft drink.

Delicious burger, all meat like you would make at home for the price you won’t find anywhere. My friends showed me this place and I’m a fan now. Quick service with inside or outside seating. The burger was really worth it. My friends said the shakes were amazing too.

It’s a Cook Out! Food was relatively cheap and decently fresh (although they probably could have changed out the oil in their fryers). Be prepared for a bit of a wait in the drive thru if you are going during the dinner rush.

The food was good, but the rude attitude was terrible & it seemed to be because I’d never been there & was asking questions about the menu.

Another fast food place but eith a twist. The BBQ with slaw and hush puppies were good. The onion rings were lacking. However, 2 meals and a shake = $20 total. Yay.

The girl who checked us out tonight at the drive through was amazing and the only reason why this isn’t one star. I got two trays, for a total of 22 dollars and got the main item, and barely any sides. I got three chicken nuggets and three absolutely tiny onion rings while my mom got probably 10 cheese bites for a double order. This is ridiculous bc it wasn’t even busy
