I decided to try this one out primarily because it has an “dine-in”option (I’m used to a drive thru only Cook Out). Overall, the food was super hot and fresh (which is typical for cook outs, IMO). I wondered if it would be just as fresh and made to order like the drive up only ones – considering it was dine in. You know dine in places can sometimes have “old” or “overheated” food sitting. Anyways, this was not the case here. My dinner was hot, fresh and the employees were awesome. I had some minor “extras” that I asked for and they made sure I was good. The place was clean too! Definitely worth a visit.

I went here on January 14th around 1:30, and I have to say for them being short staffed and only having a couple people working the lady running the front register did a phenomenal job not only in the service that was given but in the time frame that everything was received up into including maintaining professional manner well people were being disrespectful regarding the time and everything else. I did not manage to get this person’s name however they deserve all the recognition in the world. They represent your company very well and I would happily be back at this establishment.

This cookout is consistent with its food and customer service. Want to shout out the worker Kelvin. He is super nice, friendly and sweet. Very much customer service oriented and goes above and beyond for customers to make them feel appreciated. Give that man a raise.

I love this place and for the money it’s a better deal than any other fast food and you actually get more food. My only issue is and I spoke to the district manager about this is they have an issue with their accounting they charge 5% for tax but when you calculate it, they’re actually charging eight cents too much for every single order which is a bit of a problem that I was told was going to be fixed, but it has not yet been fixed and I’ve gone there two more times since. So make sure when you go to tell them to give you back eight cents because they’re overcharging on the tax. I don’t think this is a purposeful thing but I hope they get it cleared up quickly before they get sued or something.

I wish I got the cashier’s name but to identify her my daughter and I came in on 12/30/25 at 4:25 pm. Let me say the customer service here is top tier. My daughter only wanted a shake because we are actually headed to dinner but since we don’t have these restaurants close by it was a must. I also wanted a shake but my stomach has its moments and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to take the risk with a long drive ahead of us. Not only did they provide a drink that would help if I needed it but provided recommendations that would be helpful to me without hesitation or even request. It’s this type of service that would bring me back again and again. Not to mention the shakes are worth it

Quick, Inexpensive, Friendly Customer Service, Convenient Location, 40+ Milkshakes, Good Amount of Food for Trays, Clean Dining-room, and Fast Drive-through Service.
My kids love to stop by here for Milkshakes, they have so many flavors to choose from. Food is nothing to brag about, but they have a good variety and you can feed the whole family without spending much money.
I had the pleasure meeting the young cashier Trisha at the ordering counter. She was very friendly and patient.
This is the only fast food place that I know of where you can get Fried Hush Puppies. Love them!

Don’t ever sleep on Cook-Out. I dare you to find a consistently good fast food place with this variety, quality and value. I lived in NC for 15 years and “discovered” this place down there after likely ignoring it up here! Onion rings, hush puppies, shakes, burgers, Cajun chicken breast, BBQ sandwich… all hit well. The fries tend to be soggy, but with that Cajun seasoning it’s decent. Hoping the shift away from Styrofoam might help with the sogginess, I like those new boxes the trays come in.

This was my first time at Cook Out. I love that they stay open nearly all night and the service is fast and friendly. Food was pretty typical for fast food, if not a slight step up from something like McDonald’s just for the fact that there are so many milkshake flavors. The milkshakes are truly the star of the show! They are so creamy and delicious that I went back a day later to get the banana pudding shake a second time.

Absolutely disgusting. Only4 ppl working, supposedly supposed to be 11… ELEVEN… most called out or no show INCLUDING MANAGER!!!!! line out the door. Manager no call no show. Waited 16 mins for a burger and had to bring it back 3 times for lack of BACON. ONE ITEM. Then theybmiessed up THOSE BURGERS EVERYTIME.. Missing items, COLD FOOD…. just got our money back after 4 WRONG, SIMPLE ORDERS…..

The service was good, its easy and quick. This was my 2nd time going to this cookout, the first time was good no issues. However this time, they added mustard instead of ketchup and i hate mustard. I just ended up wiping it off since i had already made it back to work. (Unfortunately they didnt put any napkins in my bag, but thankfully i had some in my car. But they were busy so i understand.) Thankfully i also asked for ketchup packets!
