The shining star of this restaurant was Gazi, who was our waiter. We went as a large group and they split our group into two (right next to each other) so the two tables had different wait staff. Our table had seven people. Gazi asked if it was our first time at the restaurant and we confirmed it was. He took the time to explain the entire menu. He discussed the different flavor profiles and gave suggestions. “If you like… then you would probably like…” He went into a lot of detail. Later, when we were looking at wine options, he did the same thing. He brought a menu with a map of Italy and discussed the different wines from each region and their flavor profiles. The food was really good. I enjoyed the focaccia bread appetizer and house made sauce. I actually enjoyed my husband’s Rigatoni Funghi Salsiccia more than my Bolognese, and I don’t even like mushrooms. The pasta was served al dente which I am not a fan of, but I also recognize that is my personal preference and that true Italian pasta often is served al dente. If I am in the area again, I would go back, and order my husbands dish this time. I asked the other table about their waitress and unfortunately, they did not get the same detailed information that Gazi had provided.

5 stars isn’t enough. It’s been 30 years since I’ve had a meal this magnificent. My cousins wanted to go to Chick Fil A. (We take the kids there all the time) but I wanted a real meal. So I came here by myself. I’m grateful they allowed a solo diner. Many upscale restaurants won’t. I was welcomed warmly and greeted promptly by my server Isabella. I ordered the beet salad and pumpkin infused gigli. I am completely in love with whoever opened this restaurant, whoever curated this menu and the chefs who made this food. It was truly an experience. The beet salad was incredible as was the pasta. Topped everything off with dessert. It’s an amazing experience. Perfect for a solo diner and amazing for a group as well. I’m looking forward to returning with friends.

The beet salad was remarkably—the best salad I’ve ever eaten. The savory, earthy beets, creamy goat cheese, salty pistachios, and crisp, and peppery arugula was deliciously memorable!
The bolognese was excellent.
The tiramisu was tasty but we will probably choose a different dessert the next time we frequent this great restaurant!

Outstanding authentic northern Italian cuisine. I ordered the Bistecca alla Fiorentina one of the most iconic dishes in Tuscan cuisine, originating from Florence, Italy. Fantastic service and unbelievably tasty food. The owner came over and talked to us for a little bit about his restaurant and different dishes that he’s created. It was fantastic ambience, and not too loud, either. The setting is beautiful, and the food cannot be overstated! I really like the rigatoni. Five star for everything! I will be back and ordering this exact dish again!

My daughter earned straight As on her report card and was able to select where we ate for dinner. She selected Convivio – good choice. I had been here one other time with a work event. Then we had 16+ people, the crew did great, the atmosphere was great for a work event and all went smoothly.
This time, we were with just my family of 4. And again, the crew did great, the atmosphere was great for a straight A celebration and all went smoothly.
Both times the food was cooked perfectly and the presentation was art work. I want to go back to try more things! Big group, small group – this is a fine place to be….

This is a five-star experience in every sense of the word! The setting is beautiful, providing a fantastic ambiance that is, happily, not too loud. The service was fantastic, made truly exceptional when the owner came over and talked to us about his restaurant and the unique dishes he created—a wonderful, personal touch! Pasta is always great at this place! I had the pasta with lamb and it was delicious! They have a very big selection of wines! And servers always have the best recommendations. For dessert had the chocolate cake and it was awesome!

We were served with there in house bread and olive oil dipping sauce which was amazing. The Margarita pizza was amazing and my dish with ribbon pasta in a lobster stock sauce and serval different seafood clams calamari shrimp and baby scallops. This by far was the best pasta dish I have ever eaten.

We came for a very early dinner so it was a bit quiet when we got here. But the dinner rush soon picked up and so did the atmosphere! We sat at the bar and had absolutely wonderful service from Chris, who provided great conversation and even better food/drink recommendations. The scratch pasta was so good and can’t wait to come back!
