I loved coming here around Christmas. It’s such a nice neighborhood and they have the restaurant so nicely decorated. Parking is so easy and the food is delicious. I had the salade lyonnaise and I absolutely loved it. Added salmon to it. If you like anchovies you will love this. All the parts of the salad were fresh and delicious. Definitely want to go back!

Incredible!! We usually just pick up the tarragon chicken but came in to try dinner today. Must try the PAPPARDELLE BOLOGNESE – egg ribbon pasta, hearty beef & pork ragu with bechamel drizzle. I’ll be back soon!

I went as a guest. The service was fast and pretty good. I have tried some dishes that were not as tasty but their bolognese and eggs Benedict are excellent. They are busy and have been there for a long time so make a reservation.

We widowed this Italian restaurant for the first but not the last time. It was a wonderful experience as for service and taste of food. It has a style of one of the Italian boutique restaurants that you can meet on the streets of old Europe. We ordered spaghetti and calamari appetizer and it was delicious. Really enjoyed the experience

Not only a great upscale Italian four star dining experience tucked away in Plaza Del Lago, but also a great Italian Market, wine selection and prepared foods market. I have yet to experience a less than stellar meal with first class service from a friendly and attentive staff. Worth the visit!!

Wow, 1st impression was great. The handmade pizzas were right in front of me. The market had so much variety to offer. Had a bit of a drive ahead if me with no way to keep things cold so I just bought some pastry items. These were amazing. Cannot wait to get back here when things open up. The cafe is calling me.

I had a gift certificate we got here for $25 and lost for a long while. We found it! It was from 2017 so yes it was old. But the spot has been in business according to the front door sign for 45 years. I think it was very lame they refused the gift card. It was clearly theirs which they acknowledged. We will have clearly spent more than the $25. Oh well. Lame.

Always a delight to eat at this Franco-Italo bistro in the beautiful Plaza del Lago. Atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, Victor is an attentive and conscientious waiter. Cocktails and portions are generous and fairly priced.
The market has fresh salads and pastas as well as a nice selection of wine for purchase.
