This place is a phenomenal find—they house more sugar free syrup options and sodas than even Dutch Bros. down the street! They sell fun merch, from stickers to shirts and beanies to baked goods, all begging to be eaten. I love the gaming energy throughout the space and the music overhead reinforces that vibe even more. So prepare for some screaming artists and a base that might rattle the ice in your breve. This business is full of heart and supports a great cause to pull on those strings even more. Both servers were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The bathroom offered was clean and easily accessible. Definitely worth stopping in for a sip!

Convict Coffee is home to us societal outcasts who are the unwanted and detritus of our social systems, you also have investment bankers, technologists – Cybersec and AI consultants, and everyone in between who comes here… Dan, his family, and the peeps who make the magic happen are all extended family to myself and many others. I love them wholly and completely for the welcoming, loving, kind, and genuinely beautiful humans that they are and show themselves to be day in and day out. When I’m down or just want to fill my cup with joy I come here, or when I’m lonely, happy, whatever I know that I’m going to have an interesting conversation, meet someone new, or catch up with my friends/framily (friend family). That they make the best damn cuppa joe in town and many other creatively delicious drinks is almost irrelevant. Almost… On the coffee – it’s amazing. They also have many other drinks like the dirty sodas and protein drinks. My other go to is the Chai hard protein drink. The pastries are also super yummy… I’m a huge fan of the Vegan pumpkin bread and Jalepeno Popper Grilled Cheese…mmmmmmm… Here’s the other thing – not only does Dan and his team make a concerted effort to ensure their culture is what I described above, he puts his money where his mouth is and has given over $120K in the last year plus to organizations helping those who really need it. He shares his profits with the community and his team on top of hosting many community events to help various groups out… The long of the short of it is – come and join us, you might make some new friends, support a group of people making a real difference and worst case – you’ll have some great coffee and food… I hope to see you there… Addie out!!

This is by far one of the best coffee shops I’ve been too! Not only is there a huge menu (I’m going to 100% be back for the grilled cheese) but the message behind what they do is amazing! All of the baristas were kind and gave us the short version of how Convict coffee came to be and can I just say, choosing what to get was so hard! I want to go back and try everything!

Great coffees and a great cause. This is a local gem. They have video games, events and play lots of great music. It’s got a chill vibe. The owner and his kids are so kind and all about the community. They are opening a 2nd location so go support them there too.

1. Family owned/run
2. Love their mission
3. Wide and creative variety of drink options (coffee, protein drinks, dirty soda). We got the Pepper Spray and a matcha with sugar free brown sugar cinnamon syrup (I’m so appreciative that they have SO many sugar free syrup flavors) and both were delicious and unique
4. The entire staff is so welcoming and kind
5. We got our drinks to go but the vibe of the shop is so fun and we will definitely hang out there next time

I absolutely adore this coffee shop. I stumbled upon it one day looking for a shop open later for a friend and I to grab some catch-up coffee. One of the owners sons explained the story behind the place, and I was hooked. I work for an international non-profit, and one of the programs we offer (that I am the most passionate about) has helped with the rehabilitation of many. Its like it was made to be! Me and my best friend used to drive 30+ min out of our way to come here, and have introduced several friends as well. The drinks are great, the food is great, the environment is unmatched. Everyone is always so friendly, and you can tell they have a genuine interest in having meaningful conversations with people. I recently moved into the area, literally within walking distance, and am so happy to be much closer.

I adore this place! The food, the drinks, the people, it is all a great vibe!! The berry brutal, dirty Red Bull is out of this world!! And their grilled cheese is literally one of the best ones I’ve ever had in my entire life, specifically with the jalapenos! Tucked away with very little signage near an old ish area of Parker lies a little coffee shop where some of the most amazing, understanding, loving, and all around wonderful people are the ones that have gone thru hell and will walk through fire with a bucket of water to throw out the flames of life. That’s how Convict Coffee is. They certainty don’t fit the vibe of coffee chains like Starbucks. But what they do have over chains? Pure genuine love for the human race. I’m not an art person at all, but I was so inspired by seeing one of the art pieces on the wall of Convict that I decided to purchase it myself and support the artist (mine is the one with the fork for scale). The first sentence describing that art was “I haven’t looked back since” which resonated with me so much of my own life. Convict actually supports causes of all kinds, is extremely dog friendly, has family friendly games, game consoles, and they are unapologetically true to who they are. They play explicit music and don’t shy away from some of the hard truths in life. If there’s any place that I feel would give me a 2nd chance at life, this is the place that gives that vibe. They are the most welcoming and loving coffee shop I’ve ever been to. They have bingo and many other weekly events. My good friend and I went to Poulette Bakeshop before and enjoyed our pastries here. I can’t wait to come back to this place.
