The food was okay. Expensive for the quality. The Caprese pie was bland and the burger was better than a fast food burger but also lacking for flavor. I did not get to try the house brews. I will go back another time and try only the beers and two appetizers. I will say the candied bacon and bread knots were yummy. I wouldn’t waste your money on the ricotta toast. Although it was good, you get 1 slice of toast cut into four pieces with tomato and cucumber for $9. I could have made that at home. It is self serve. We did have a waitress who brought us our drinks and food, who was very nice. The staff were all great and the atmosphere is inviting.

Absolutely the best wood fired pizza. Was a perfect balance of crispy crust and sauce. Very Cozy atmosphere with neat items on the wall.. Staff is excellent, with fast friendly service. . We really had a great time here chatting and enjoying the food. We will definitely be coming back for the pizza. Thank you so much.

Some of the best pizza in Oregon. Great sauce, pepperoni and sausage from the old world and nice flavors that pop in your mouth. Stop by for a pizza and a pint.

We were so excited to try this restaurant cause we heard such great things, but we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. The pizza wasn’t that tasteful and lacking flavor the street tacos also had no flavor and very dry, and the worst thing of all is garlic knots with absolutely NO Garlic. Most of the food tasted like it was reheated and not fresh at all. We definitely will not be going back.

This was such an interesting experience started off magical. I thought there’s no way that this is gonna be this good. This is like quaint main street micro custom brews gourmet pizza such a good start. I was excited, but then the pizza comes out a little fast. I thought that was too fast. It was undercooked so it was very dough. Pizza wasn’t crispy at all. Really good flavor fresh dough, but not crispy at all. They just rushed it. It wasn’t even busy. I wasn’t that much of a hurry. I would’ve rather waited another 20 minutes and had a crispy perfect pizza then what happened, the server was waiting again only one gal service in the whole entire place on a Saturday night and then the cooks back there whistle and whistle and whistle the whole time. I can’t focus on. It was so irritating. I couldn’t even hear the music. I guess I had country music in the kitchen and very casual like almost too casual at that point for something that gourmet experience. I just I don’t was so excited and then no I’m not and I’m like a kind of sorry went there.
There wasn’t enough sauce on the pizza. I ordered a side of sauce and it was ice cold, inedible.
I just don’t understand how this came so close to a perfect experience then fell absolutely flat.

We both had the burgers and the garlic twist appetizer, the burgers were cooked perfectly very juicy, I ordered a flight of beer choices they were very nice great variety, the only thing missing were fries instead of chips and a brioche bun would have been nice. The service was excellent very friendly staff and atmosphere I will return to try the pizza

Great service, awesome food, cold taps! I ordered the Chevy burger which was delicious and I ate every crumb. My wife ordered the BLT and left me the crusts 😛 I especially liked the potato wedges.

It has been over a year since I last dined at Conversion Brewery in downtown Lebanon and after todays $25+ dollar extremely burned dinner (margarita pizza and garlic knots) it’ll be 5 more years at least until I try it again.
My great experience here began by going to the bar top/counter in order to order some food…the woman serving blatantly acted like she did not want to be working at all. Ignoring the poor customer service, I ordered a pizza and the knots to go. After receiving the food, I was surprised initially by how small the pizza was. It’s the size of a medium pizza from almost every other pizza restaurant…and with a much higher price as well as fewer toppings on it. But all of those things weren’t the worst part of this “experience” ….it was the extremely burned food. I understand a wood fire is just that….but the pizza and the knots were so burned, the entire dinner tasted exactly like that…very burned food and no other flavor. My entire family was extremely disappointed. After my family only had eatin 2 slices….we couldn’t do it anymore. I went to go pay for some actual edible food from somewhere else now for my family.
Poor customer service + higher priced smaller portioned burned food=big negative on revisiting this place for a very long time, if ever again.

This is an update from our original review below. We made it back again and this time we tried one of their wood fired pizzas. This one happened to be the daily special and it was delicious, bacon and apples drizzled with balsamic vinegar, WOW! Of course the beer was great. We had the Brethren double IPA and toasted marshmallow Stout. And yes they do have cans of select brews available for taking home.
Great brewpub! First the beer. It was our first time so we were unfamiliar with their beers and decided to go for the taster tray and were glad we did. All six beers ranged from good to exceptional. We tried IPAs, a Belgium, a Porter, a barrel aged Stout and a Wheat beer. The Wheat beer was a very pleasant surprise and turned out to be our favorite.
The Food. We didn’t try the wood fired pizza (next time). We had the BLT and the roasted wedge potatoes. Both very good. The BLT was a little on the wet side with the dressing the way I like it. I’m sure you can ask for it on the side if you prefer.
The entire staff is just amazing.
