Everything at the Hard Rock has been terrible. I just want to eat. Buffet and every other restaurant is not accepting any more customers. As a last resort I’m sitting at a coffee shop waiting on a sandwich. 50 minute wait and finally got it, after 20 other customers got their food who ordered after me. I asked the cook directly if he was making my food and he it was next and then didn’t make it. It took asking for a refund to actually get something to eat in the ENTIRETY of Hard Rock. NEVER GOING BACK.

I use my comp to buy food here. Service is usually quick and friendly. The chicken wraps are delicious. The sandwiches are sometimes super dry or hardly any lettuce. But it is recommended if you’re looking for a quick bite. The carrot cake is also very DELICIOUS every singe time I get it.

Bought a large cup of Cappuccino and all foam, only less than a 1/3c is coffee. Brought it back and told the male service worker but he said that’s what the served! I wonder how much coffee in a small cup! RiP OFF service! Never again!
