AMAZING! I highly encourage anyone to come eat here even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The food is excellent! We got to meet the chef Tearra and her vision for this menu is spot on! We literally stayed at the hotel specifically because of the food here. Great staff as well.

Dinner was excellent — truly first-class food and service. We started with the cornbread appetizer, which was fantastic. We both ordered the steak frites and finished by sharing the croissant bread pudding. The only miss for me was the large scoop of pistachio ice cream on top; it didn’t pair very well with the bread pudding.

Breakfast the next morning was a different story. It appeared that only one person was responsible for greeting, seating, waiting tables, and handling phone/room-service orders. We ended up seating ourselves because the server had his back to the dining room while on the phone, so he didn’t notice guests arriving. Service was understandably slow.

We both ordered our go-to breakfast favorite, Eggs Benedict. The dish came on a split English muffin, but instead of a ham steak it used deli-sliced ham. The eggs were poached nicely, but the hollandaise was disappointing — maybe one or two small spoonfuls with just a pinch of chives. The dish also came with a side of herb-roasted potatoes is included to complete the meal.

Overall: Dinner was outstanding, but breakfast needs more staffing and attention to detail.

Had breakfast here. Food quality was outstanding.

Cheri was attentive without being overbearing.

Restaurant was chic with floor-to-ceiling windows. We could enjoy our coffee while bird watching.

Highly recommend.

A great breakfast option to start your day. The smoked salmon bagel was my favorite dish we had here. When the hotel is busy, they offer a buffet, but we did not have that choice during our stay. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Went to lunch. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Chicken was terrible—chewy and gristly. The presentation was good—wish the food was!

My daughter ordered a BLT and bacon was so thick and chewy she couldn’t eat it! We were VERY disappointed in this “upscale” (?) restaurant. The tab was $45 for two lunches that should have been half the price for half the quality! We will NOT be going back!

Taylar was our host and she was great. We didn’t have a dinner just appetizers because we had just eaten dinner. The corn soup and guacamole appetizers were fresh and great. My only complaint was the water didn’t taste triple filtered. Tasted tappish. Since it’s a new restaurant I’ll let that slide. Reasonable prices. Fast and courteous service.

All I can say is WOW!!!!! Came to try out breakfast and was literally blown away. The brisket hash had so much flavor and cooked to perfection. I even tried the pancakes with the lemon mascarpone probably the best pancakes I’ve ever had. Even the cook Casey came out to my table to assure the food was perfect. My server Cheri was such a pleasure, she was very attentive and made the experience very memorable. I would recommend this place to everyone. So great to have them in Conroe.

This place is amazing. Service was incredible even on a Saturday morning for brunch. My wife got the eggs Benedict and said it was one of the best she has had. I got the brisket hash and the cilantro they add to it was fresh and the star of the dish.

Great place for a small date brunch inside a gorgeous hotel and close to some very nice parks or they have some very nice outdoor seating areas around the hotel. We will definitely be back.

This restaurant is great but Sherice and Denise were AMAZING! Sherice was our server and Denise was the host. The shrimp and andouille pasta was 10/10. Sherice had amazing energy and great drink recommendations. Both Sherice and Denise were super knowledgeable and at one point when Sherice got sat a large table and was preoccupied, Denise came over to see if we needed more drinks. I love the atmosphere, the food and the service. I HIGHLY recommend!

Looks are deceiving

Spent nearly $100 for breakfast for four people—way too steep for what we got. The food looked good when it arrived, but the taste and quality didn’t match. The pancakes were extremely dense, with no fluff at all (both orders). The Eggs Benedict was a letdown—the ham was overly salty, and the eggs weren’t properly poached; they were more like fully cooked eggs.
Sides of fruit was probably the best part.
Overall, not worth the price.
