Their food is amazing. But I got takeout recently and they put their amazing mashed potatoes in a tinfoil package instead of a cup so I had to scrape it out and ended up getting bits in my food. Really weird choice tbh so I took a star off bc the mashed are so good and I wanted all of it.

I had an amazing dining experience at Conrads, Needham. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations.
First, the steak—wow. It was cooked to absolute perfection, juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Every bite melted in my mouth, making it one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. The salad was soo good as well.
The fried pickles were just as impressive. Crispy on the outside, tangy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. They disappeared from the table way too fast!
The calamari was a surprise. At first glance, it didn’t look the most appetizing, but don’t let that fool you. The taste was good—light, crispy, and paired with the perfect dipping sauce. Definitely worth ordering.
To top it off, our server Jamie made the experience even better. She was all smiles, attentive, and checked in on us frequently without being overbearing.
Overall, a fantastic meal with great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a family reunion in the private function room at Conrad’s and it was perfect! It was a great space for our event and the service and food was outstanding. The manager, Lana, was super helpful and accommodative of our needs. Everyone really enjoyed the night!

HORRIBLE FOOD. BE AWARE.. first time at Needham location, party of four. wife and daughter ordered broiled haddock. fish smelled really bad, spoiled, discussing, my wife almost threw up. I can’t believe they served that fish. horrible experience. will never go back.

We had a great meal at this new family-friendly spot! The menu is impressively extensive—I had the haddock, shrimp, and scallops, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
The real standout was the kids’ menu. It goes beyond the basics with awesome options like steak tips and veggies—such a nice change from the usual chicken fingers!

Very disappointed in the food. I love nachos, but these were thrown together with no LOVE just plain chips with melted cheese, a few big chunks of tomato, and some lettuce. I paid extra for chili, and I kid you not, they gave me no more than two tablespoons of it. The service was excellent, though.

Conrad’s is an excellent restaurant with a varied menu of deliciously prepared food. The steak tips are so flavorful and tender. Do not miss this item if you like steak. Other great items are the pasta dishes and the hamburgers. The atmosphere is cheerful and modern, although slightly loud. The Needham branch just opened and needs improvement in the service. It felt as if our waiter was overbooked and took way too long to take our order. If the management hires and trains more staff, I would then give Needham Conrad’s all 5 stars. The Walpole and Norwood branches are great, so there is great promise for Needham to improve.

Went for the first time to attend a private function & can only base my opinion on that – not “personal” service or prices.
The”private” space was good size & set up very nicely to accommodate about 50 people comfortably.
The down side was it’s not a completely closed space & didn’t block out all the additional noise from the main dining area.
The food was served buffet style & mostly very delicious (except the chicken with pasta/broccoli was a bit dry) & served modest portions – may not have been enough of everything for everyone.
Overall it was very nice & I would definitely go back to check out regular dining.
