The owners are so nice and helpful! We got the Italian beef combo, it was FIREEEEE!! Especially if you love protien, it’s so delicious. Ask for gloves when you’re eating it because it gets so messy. The French fries are also delicious. The space is small but clean and cute! Great place to stop after a day of skiing if you want a delicious and fulfilling meal. Parking is easy, lots of spots around.

If you are hungry two hot dogs might be wise.
Street parking can be a challenge but it is worth the stop for a good hot dog.

We stopped in here after skiing and omg it was soooo good!! We got a pretzel, a Chicago dog, potato salad, and a root beer and enjoyed everything. Good prices too! They have seating inside but also a cute little patio out front. We are already planning on what to order after our next ski day! Also their employees were super sweet! ♥️

I went to Conrads with 3 of my favorite hotdog connoisseurs. It was a cool, windy day in Idaho Springs and Conrads provided some quality warmth and comfort. I had an Italian beef, while my friends had Chicago and Sicilian style cased meats. All were delicious, made fresh, and we all left with full bellys. I would recommend Conrads for future visits to Idaho Springs and find their merchandise appealing.

We had an amazing experience at Conrad’s! The Chicago roast beef sandwich was absolutely delicious – the beef was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Amazing food!!! We got the Polish sausage and the Sicilian—both packed with incredible flavor—and the kids loved the Chicago dogs. If you’re driving through Idaho Springs, this is a must-stop. We’ll definitely be back!

I randomly drove past this place and knew I had to stop. Who doesn’t love a hot dog? Man did it hit the spot. The dogs had that perfect snap when you bite into them. Ingredients were fresh and perfectly proportioned to the dog itself. I inhaled my food embarrassingly fast. And they have classic old fashioned soda options like root beer, cream soda, etc which felt like a special treat. The owner was super friendly. He told me they’ve only been open for a little while; definitely a local business worth supporting. I’ll be back!
