Cute place, new on the NJ Ice Cream Tour. Very popular, with lots of local customers being recognized by name by the staff. Friendly service, two booths and counter service. LOTS of candy and chocolates available for purchase. Delicious ice cream, generous servings.

Great flavor, quick line and love the mini size cone! I wish the seating was open at night. Not sure the rules there but would have been nice to sit indoors on a relatively chilly late summer night.

I have seen kids line up thru the door outside so many in the last, finally got a chance to visit Conrad’s at Westwood. The booth and bar style look of the shop seems straight out of a movie seen. Alongside ice creams, they have so many other chocolate, candy and sweet confectionery products.

We got a cup of soft chocolate ice cream with gummy bears. The ice cream was super tasty, not icy at all. Got wonderful friendly service from two associates in front counter. Price is decent. Certainly a place to stop by if you are in the area.

We recently ordered the truck for our engagement party and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved it, the ice cream was great and Scott was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend on all fronts

An original ice cream parlor/ chocolate shop with delicious and high quality chocolate. The prices are fair especially for the cool experience. Best cholate shop in the area

The ice cream here is so good! I think one of the best in the area for sure. Such an awesome vintage ice cream shop. A lot of history.

I love this place! I visit the area from Wisconsin and always take the chance to visit. This time I had Key Lime pie ice cream, and it was amazing! Very nice size servings. And of course, ending with shopping through the chocolates!

I love it here! Everyone is genuinely so kind. Even when they’re incredibly busy (which is almost always), they’ve never messed up an order or shown an ounce of attitude. The ice cream is absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and clearly made with real ingredients.

One of my favorite things is how they always offer my puppy a little whipped cream, even when the line is long. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way! And yes, the line may be wrapped around the corner, but it moves quickly—and it’s there for a reason.

The chocolates inside are truly a delicacy, and the shop itself has such charm. The small window/door setup gives it the feel of a classic, old-fashioned ice cream parlor, which I love.

You can truly taste the difference between their homemade ice cream and the artificial flavors used elsewhere. This place is a gem—and without a doubt, my forever favorite!

Delectable homemade icecream.

Perfect stop for a summer afternoon at old style cute mom-and-pop home made ice cream parlor right in the middle of downtown Westwood.

I wanted to try the Lumpy Gorilla after reading reviews but they didn’t have it that day, so tried the closest thing – Banana and Oreo with wet walnuts. It was take you to happy-memory-land-delicious. Very inexpensive. Very rich and creamy.
