Had a great time except for one of the bartenders who was off shift and there drinking, decided to make some not so appropriate comments to us and a few other patrons. Luckily other than hurt feelings, nothing came out of it, but it easily could had. Can’t be harassing the patrons with distasteful comments and you really probably shouldn’t be drinking at the bar you work at.

Such a major issue just getting inside. The woman checking IDs was letting people in our group who were younger in easy enough then she made such a fuss with me. I have a real ID and definitely dont look young anymore. But she was convinced my ID was fake and was asking bizarre questions and wouldn’t elaborate on what the issue was. I have never used a fake ID in my life. If she cant tell the difference between a real government issued ID and a fake she shouldn’t be there. I was totally willing to get the police presence there to check the ID if she escalated the situation.
She finally let me in after a lot of dirty talk and insults to me and another guy.

Inside was extremely dirty and had floors sinking and falling apart. Then they couldn’t keep my tab striaght and it was such a pain to get that solved.

Rude and incompetent are not good combos. Dont recommend.

There is a woman working on the bar next to a billiard table with purple hair. She was indescribly bad. I am a regular customer here. I don’t drink any alcohol or any drugs. My friends and I come only to compete in billiards with strange people. I went to the bar to order two Redbull with ice. That woman came and asked me what she wanted. I told her my order. Then she looked at me strangely and said annoyed. What is this request. I was surprised by her reaction, but I waited for my request calmly and saw that she serves other customers and ignores me. Then she came back to me after ten minutes and said why are you still waiting. I told her again about my request. Then she answered me. Why are you talking like Latino? I was surprised again and I told her why are you talking to me in this way? She continued to insult me ,There are a lot of details, but from now on I won’t go to my favourite place because of it. Ten people came every time now, no one will come again.

I went with a coworker on tuesday night for trivia. The bar is cool, and the bartender provided amazing service, even checking on us when playing darts. However Connolly’s need a more extensive food menu. I believe the only food items available the night we visited were chicken tenders with fires and mozz cheese sticks. There were wings on the menu, but unavailable to order. I like the vibe of this place so I hope they add some more food options.

Worst experience ever! My friends and I ordered shots and a few other friends came over so we asked for a few more. Bartender was aggressive and rude for no reason. Then we wanted to order a beer and white claws and he FREAKED OUT saying that we were entitled and had a bad attitude for asking because he had to serve other people. Meanwhile, there were at least 2 other bartenders working and we waited more than 10 minutes to be served from the get go. He then proceeded to come around the bar, begin berating my friends and I, and sent a security guard to KICK US OUT. Never has this ever happened to me or my friends. Will never go to an establishment that treats their patrons in such a disrespectful way. Thanks Connellys for giving us a story to tell our friends, and for making sure to spread the word to never come to this place again.

We frequent Connolly’s and never had an issue but after a video circulating on social media of a Connolly’s EMPLOYEE cornering someone (not sure if it’s another worker or customer) in the bar and screaming til he’s blue in the face and spewing spit in their face, cornered, while the bar is full of customers is disgusting. That bar is obviously not safe. We will not be returning. While things like this have never happened while we are there, the actions of that one emotionally unregulated, unhinged man is cause for us to not return. Control your workers.

I haven’t been for the food, but I’ve been many times for the nightlife. the crowd leans on the younger, college side, and can definitely get rowdy, but it’s still a good place to mingle. we enjoyed a nightcap for my best friend’s birthday, and the bartenders were super sweet to us. thank ya!
