Connie’s has been my go-to for breakfast lately. The service is always top notch. All of the servers are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is incredible! I absolutely love that they have their own homemade corned beef. Their specials are also amazing. They have some specials that you won’t find at any breakfast place. They have an open kitchen concept, so if you’re sitting at the bar, you can see exactly what they’re making (which is so fun). This spot is very clean and priced well! I highly recommend making a stop here for breakfast and/or lunch.
Bonus: The owners are the sweetest people!

Wow – great feast!
Visited on Saturday about 11:00. My partner and I both ordered the “Belly Buster”: 3 eggs, 2 sausages (link or patty), 2 strips bacon, home fries or beans, toast (any kind), 2 large pancakes.
Nothing to complain about! Eggs – perfect, raisin toast – perfect (seemed to have cinnamon sugar on it – so good!), sausage – great, bacon – crisp (just the way I like it), home fries – tasty, pancakes – light and fluffy. I couldn’t eat all of this, particularly the pancakes. You could get one of these orders and split it. Price was $15.

Swung in for breakfast / lunch. Service was slow like a restaurant and not speedy like a diner. They were busy with a ton of take out as well. Food was better than average but better places out there. Pancake was not hot and barely melted the butter by the time it arrived. Eggs, bacon, homefries were good. Tuna melt was just ok – average. Service was very friendly but our waitress was very busy.

I ordered a 4 egg omelet. Not 4 eggs. I was asked what cheese I wanted, said American asked for Xtra, hardly any on it. I asked for my home fries to be well done. They were not. All this being said they looked to be fully staffed and were only at 20% capacity. There are too many places not far from here to get better food.

Went there for a late breakfast. They have blueberry pancakes and the blueberries we’re so plump and fresh and the pancakes were nice and fluffy. Had a side of bacon and it was how I liked the crispy. The staff was very friendly and there was plenty of seating throughout the restaurant and counter service as well.

Our favorite breakfast place in Salisbury. They have some cool, interesting things on the menu. Croiaffle! A croissant waffle! The cinnamon swirl pancake was awesome!

Food was good. The home fries were the best home fries I’ve ever had!!!! I got a Greek omelette with tomato, spinach and extra feta cheese, the omelette was very bare inside hardly any feta and spinach and tomato, it was very disappointing considering the home fries were so good! The toast was nice and crispy and buttery it came with the omelette. The we got eggs Benedict which was very delicious!!! The waitress was a bit rude. The place was busy but not crowded. Would probably go back and try something else to eat. If I was in the area. It was also a bit expensive for being a diner in the middle of nowhere.

Great place, plenty of parking including handicapped parking as well. The stuff is so friendly and never forget a face! The food is reasonably priced, I’d say average for the surrounding area. The food is great with very decent portions.

I used to work next store to Connie’s. An extremely welcoming, happy place to be. They know all of their regulars by first name. Best homefries around. A must try.
