This food was phenomenal – I ordered the breakfast bacon croissant sandwich. It was delicious!
A few things I’d like to see from this establishment: is the use of hair nets when in the kitchen – as well as implementing a juicer with a 3 or 4 juice recipes would set this place off, & give more variety/value in terms of cold drinks! Overall 5 stars for good food & atmosphere ✨️

This coffee shop is definitely one of my new favorites in KC! Coffee was great, the pastries are DELICIOUS with amazing gluten free options, and there are tons of lunch options too. Such a nice and relaxed vibe and they were really fast too and getting my orders each time. Can’t wait to come back again and again!

This is one of those places that’s so good, I was almost mad at myself for waiting so long to try it. I was here for breakfast this time, but I will definitely be back to try their lunch menu.

Though this is a smaller coffee shop, seating is ample and service is rapid. The atmosphere is bohemian in an unforced, non-Starbucks way. The look and feel fits well with the neighborhood.

I had biscuits and gravy, which were absolutely delicious. The biscuits in particular were good enough that I would have eaten them plain. The order even came with a small side of melon and pineapple, very fresh and quite tasty. I also had a chai, which was served “to go” hot. It too was excellent once it had the chance to cool down.

This place is fantastic and everyone has always been super friendly. I like to stop here while walking my pup to grab coffee and a water for her. The coffee is super delicious

I also got a eggs & bacon sandwich on sourdough that was made to perfection. The egg was slightly runny. And it had a pineapple/orange garnish that was a nice touch. Highly recommend this place!

This is one of the most consistent cafe’s – if not, the most consistent cafe with the best breakfast sandwiches Kansas City has to offer! I always order the bacon egg & cheese on croissant, and their latte’s are really good too. 10 out of 10

Connect Cafe is a great place to stop, have a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. They have a great selection of breakfast pastries, desserts and a super lunch menu. Connect Cafe offers a comfortable atmosphere and is a good place to do some work, or to meet up with a friend. And if that isn’t enough, this cafe is staffed by folks currently or formerly in foster care – they get to learn a trade and you get yummy food and coffee. Hope to see you there!

Awesome setting. Unique and comfortable. Plush leather couches and couches. Books to read. Board games. An old school radio. Well mannered manager. Cool art. Great coffee. I could see this as a “my place” cafe if I lived closer.

I went for lunch and feel like I found a hidden gem. The staff were friendly, the food was incredible, and the atmosphere was cozy. I am glad I got the opportunity to enjoy my food at the cafe. I’m not gluten free, but they had gluten free treats. I personally had the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich and a Carrot Cake cookie. Both were absolutely delightful. I’m not usually on the Kansas side of the state line but I look forward to visiting again when I am!
