The first order I asked for a Stadium pizza extra sausage half onions first they told me they didn’t have 2 liter pops so instead they sent me a 1 liter. They told me the pizza would take 45 min to an hour within an hour and a half I called and the manager Melissa told me that was incorrect that it would be an hour and a half well, the pizza arrived in 2 hours and 15min total and the pizza was cold. I called and spoke to Melissa again and she told me she would give me a credit for the same size and ingredients pizza all I had to pay was the delivery. Well today I ordered that pizza and whoever answered the phone proceeded to tell me first that they didn’t have any info on my credit but since I told them Melissa said it they gave me my credit. But then she told me that they couldn’t give me a Stadium pizza because they were running out of Stadium pizzas which made no sense and that they could only give me one ingredient when Melissa told me it would be the same pizza I had ordered before. So I had to argue with her about the size so she said she would send me a Football pizza and a small pizza to make up the difference. When my pizza arrived the delivery guy brings me a Stadium pizza box and told me that they didn’t send me the small pizza because they actually sent me a Stadium pizza but when I opened the box as you can see from the pick they sent me a Football pizza in a Stadium pizza box. Who do you think you’re fooling I’ve been a faithful customer since they were located on Milwaukee and Armitage since I was a teenager I’m now 54 yrs old and have never been treated with such disrespect. You’ve now lost another faithful customer i will never order from you guys again. P.S. I asked to speak to the owner but of course he’s never around or they just don’t want to let him know what’s going on behind his back. To the owner: You seriously need to keep a better eye on your employees. This is sad but I can’t keep getting screwed over by your employees when I spend somethings an excess of $80 to $160 an order. Good luck with your businesswith those kind of employees.

I ordered my pizza today through Grubhub.it showed I would get it about 2:20-2-30. At about 2:20 it just kept showing that the driver was on the way. I live about 6 blocks from the place. Yet 2:30-2:40 goes by and still nothing. When I called congress to see what’s going on I’m telling her I’ve been waiting over an hour for my food. She interrupts me talking over me to tell me your driver is on the way. I told her it’s been saying on the way for about 20 minutes and still nothing.she had a horrible attitude just kept saying the driver is on its way. I’m not paying $80 plus to deal with this kind of service. The fact that It takes more than an hour to get your food no matter the time is crazy. If the owner looks at these reviews you should consider your people u have on the phones. Not only are customers pissed that their food takes so long. To then call and get attitude from your workers is what’s going to really kill your business. I most definitely will not be ordering from here anymore.

I order from here for delivery. Only good thing they offer is a nice price with an ingredient included online. Pizza is pretty bland, a little too thick for my liking and needs to add some kick to the sauce. I find it taste alright when I ask for extra extra thin and well done. That’s only when they actually do it, they don’t honor my request most times and send this underdone doughy pizza. Spend the extra bucks and go somewhere else, trust me

I ordered 2 small pizzas from here on door dash and my pizzas were cold!! Not only that, i didn’t receive the soda that I ordered. When I called the restaurant, I got attitude from the person answering the phone. I try my best to support local places in the community but not if I receive service and food like this. So better. There’s way to many other pizza spots to choose from

I placed an order and the restaurant lost it. I never received my pizza, and when I followed up, the staff didn’t seem to care or offer a solution.

Poor customer service from start to finish not what I expected. Will not be ordering again and don’t recommend anyone else to order either.

My pizza was cold and saggy
I wanted it to be thin and crust
I requested 1/2 cheese
1/2 sausage and light sauce
Customer service at that to pick it up in 20 minutes I came earlier and and I thought that it was going to be a good pizza because someone recommended to me it was my first time to be honest I was really excited about the pizza !!!

I called to hear the specials, the lady said a large for $25.00 I told her I will call back once I got home so I did. When i call back the guy told me it’s an extra large for $20.00, I ordered it. They sent me a large for $32.00.

I received a call back from the guy who took my order, he apologize for making an error (he write large instead of XL) he sent me a fresh large pizza and hot wings (so thankful my and my family was great full) the wings were so good ….Thank you congress being fast and rectifying the situation.

10/12/25 Happen again bought some slices and they dint tell me there out of pop again the guy could of tell me from the beginning hey we have no pop. Ordered XL half bacon with light jalapeño anf the other half sausage. Lady proceeds to ask over the phone chicken n jalapeño? I responded NO BACON WITH LIGHT JALAPEÑO. And they still managed to order n deliver the wrong thing with the wrong name. Called back to get problem solved was told “cant do anything about it”. Last time I order from this place. They used to be on top of their stuff now it just sucks. Dont even matter if ur allergic to food (they cant do nothing about it) even when its their fault.
