The place is nice, huge the bartender was awesome anfortunely you get there too late so the restaurant was closed, and we couldn’t try the food, it would be good if they playing a better music.

Went here on a Saturday night the place was basically empty and we still had to wait a long time to get our bottles slowest service ever. And not only that but my brother paid have cash and the other on the card and the next day he seen that they charged him the entire bill on his card plus took 90 dollars cash. So beware of this place….. Dj sucked that night as well.. waste of time and money!!!! Give my brother his money back… also this place is not named conga when you get there is called something else.. again give my brother his money back. Spent like 500.00 there not including cash they took!!!!!!!

So I had heard great things about the Conga Longe in Lynn. I drove over an hour and booked a hotel room near by so my girl and I can enjoy the night. We were greeted by a nice lady who asked us if we were going to stay at he bar. Apparently the only guests that can sit down have to buy/consume an entire bottle of alcohol. I opened a tab at the bar (my first mistake) and the staff was nice enough to get a chair for my girlfriend. She could only keep the chair until the location gets crowded, then it would be taken away.
The young lady who greeted us told me she would send a waitress over to our cocktail table. We drank our drinks and no one of the 8-10 ladies that were hovered around each other talking, dancing with each other and on their phones even attempted to come and even say hi or offer us more drinks. After waiting for over 40 minutes I went to the bar myself and got our 2nd, 3rd and fourth drink. I let the young lady know no one ever came by our table. She then told me that I would have to close the bar tab in order to open a new one with a waitress. It would have been nice to know that two hours earlier. Anyways, in a nut shell…we were completely ignored, not even a hello from any of the ladies. No one even cleared our table that now had 8 empty cups on it. Shameful customer service!! The ladies are only there to take care of the regular “ballers” little did they know that I would have tipped them twice as much for a good time and a little attention. Their loss!! Please learn to take care of ALL your patrons! Even the same sex couples! If I ran my hotel like that! We would not have any guests.

Worst experience last night. Try getting in at 12:17 am ( 4 of us ) and the security guy said we’re closed but he let 2 other women in claiming they know some guy and used to worker there. Then later on let two other people in, said “ there’s 2 of them and 4 of you” worst service ever, door was locked and no front attendant for 10 minutes. Will be contacting staff and YELP about this experience & will not go back. 0 stars

We got here at 10, got denied at THE DOOR because we were holding a chunk of fluorite and moonstone (part of our religion). Told to wait for over an HOUR for hookah lounge. Asked to move three times because our spot was “reserved” even though there was next to nobody present on a Friday night. Very let down by the way we have been treated. Not sure you should waste your cover money for staff that has so little regard for their guests. Never coming back, unfortunately. The peach vodka and orange juice was goood but cost $10 for a tiny little cup. I can only give 1 star.
