Service is fast and friendly. You get your food quickly. Prices are a little expensive for no frills Chinese takeout.
Entrees and sides (for example egg roll, fried rice, dumplings) are generously sized but have good, not great, taste.
Overall, Cinfucio will fill you up quickly when you are hungry and craving Chinese food.
I got a meal special, general tsos chicken for $17.00+ and it isnt cheap for the quality of the terrible product. Its like they just either premake it, already frozen, and just leftover of what they serve all day, they made it way too fast, it was like a reheat and it is.
The chicken was even fried, it was like sliced chicken breast soaked in red msg, the sauce was not sauce nor was it actually general tsos sauce, its so redish. There was no crispy taste either because it isn’t fried. Just straight msg soaked chicken breast slices.
The fried rice wasn’t evenly coated so there a lot of white spots. Then the taste is extremely dry, meaning that this is straight leftover. The meats were just random picking and doesnt blend well overall for fried rice.
The egg roll was fine because they dont even make it, its just prefried and all they need to do is throw it in the fryer.
After a few bites, the salt was too overwhelming and I had to stop, its garbage, I threw it out. I wasn’t even being cheap, I just wanted street style Chinese food and Miami dies not deliver that at all. I feel sad that not one here will know true Chinese Strip Mall Food…
There is no service really and no smile, not like it matter when its take out only. Never try this, I cant imagine how it has 4 stars, its not even cheap, theres no prices on the menu either. Total garbage. Don’t bother!
I had an amazing experience at Confucian Express Gourmet thanks to Nestor Guarín. His service was exceptional from start to finish — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his knowledge of the menu helped me pick out some great dishes I wouldn’t have tried otherwise. It’s rare to find someone who serves with such pride and professionalism. Nestor truly made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended!
Price per person: …
1st & last time client. The hype was good on this establishment, but really as “gourmet” Chinese food as advertised, my family was displeased. As you can see with the pork fried rice, it looks like a combination of two rice. Very dry, over cooked & no taste. The actual breaded chicken was too salty. The honey garlic sauce was good. And then only reason I gave them a two star rating was because the ribs were delicious and large. I wish this place world have lived to my expectations so I may finally find a Chinese restaurant worth eating at, but sadly it did not.
