The food and view were absolutely outstanding! The chef made a special visit to each table after dinner, which added a classy touch to the experience. The dishes are consistently delicious, showcasing remarkable flavors. While the service could use a bit of improvement, the breathtaking view and absolutely delicious food truly made the evening memorable.

We had a wonderful experience at Confluence Waterfront Restaurant and Lounge thanks to Tommy and Chef Cedric. They were incredibly hospitable, accommodating, professional, and truly welcoming from start to finish.
My daughter ordered the beef Alfredo, and it was amazing—perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. I had the seafood scampi, which was outstanding. The shrimp were large, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the seasoning was absolutely spot on. Tommy also perfected my margarita as most make the drink too sweet.
Excellent service and exceptional food. We’ll definitely be back!

I am vegan, by choice. I asked for the vegan menu options. Chef Tony personally came out to ask what I liked and I could modify anything on the menu. I challenged him to ‘surprise me’ with the caveat that he must bring something that inspired him and to not be afraid to be creative and really tap into his passion for food. No other restrictions.
He personally served the plate and explained it. It was absolutely amazing!! The flavors and presentation were out of this world!!! They were deep, exciting and had the perfect touch of heat. This vegan curry noodle dish needs to be on the menu, even if only served a few times a year! Did I mention the amazing flavors?! Absolute perfection.
Chef Tony is phenomenal and understands how food can be more than a culinary experience. Thank you for this great experience and I will return again and again! I hope this challenge inspired him and his team.

We started off with the spinach and artichoke dip, which was delicious, but that’s where the good review ends. The server seemed upset that we were there and wanted us to hurry up and leave. The lobster ravioli tasted as if it was frozen and then microwaved, and the beef Alfredo tasted as if the meat was bad/ had expired, but the pasta along side it was good. We also caught the server killing a roach right outside of the kitchen doors. Definitely not worth the $75 we spent. But if you don’t mind any of that, this is a great place to eat. Jk I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

I tried this place for my birthday dinner. The hostess was apparently new and was also trying to be a waitress for tables, to go orders, and orders taken for rooms (its inside double tree hotel). Took a bit to receive water, asked for sweet tea which was never brought. The Chef was running back and forth and serving food. I actually asked him for calamari. It wasn’t anything special. I was at the restaurant until 8pm and never was got to order an entree and people were finally showing up to help the hostess.

Donna, Kelly, and the incredible chef & staff went above and beyond accommodating us for my daughter’s birthday lunch. They served flatbread pizzas, macaroni and cheese, burgers, fries, and desserts, buffet style, and everything was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and am forever grateful that they made my daughter’s celebration so special.
