We are a Woman-owned, Purpose-Driven specialty coffee company and bake shop. We offer a wide variety of single-origin coffees and seasonal blends from the best farms in the world. In addition to specialty coffee drinks, cold brew and nitro, our coffee shop also has loose leaf teas, matcha and spiced chai. Our pastries are all made in-house and feature beef & cheddar kolaches, jalapeño kolaches, pizza rolls, sweet & savory scones, savory breakfast tarts, sweet tarts, quiche, muffins, cinnamon rolls, cookies, sweet breads, pies, cheesecake and more.

I visited Confident Coffee Roasters last month – this review is long overdue! The gal that took our order was so kind and personable. I was wearing a sweatshirt that had Red River, NM on it and she said, “my husband and his family love Red River!” I pointed to my husband next to me and said, “mine does too?!” It was a really cool moment for me to sort of connect with her about that. I really, really wish that I remember what I ordered, but I don’t. I did enjoy the coffee though!! The atmosphere was 10/10. I love the mural. Seating for all groups of all sizes! I would highly recommend!

So happy to finally have a neighborhood coffee shop in Johnson. The owner, Amber, is amazing and her coffee is excellent. All the workers have been courteous. They also have a great yogurt bowl with fresh fruit and honey that is a generous portion for price point. I haven’t tried the other breakfast options yet, but it looks like some healthy oatmeals and local pastries and goodies from a local bakery.

New favorite!! We went today for the first time, and it was so good! We loved the lemon berry scone, iced coffees and hot coffee. The girl who took our drive thru order was so nice and helpful. Love this place!

The nicest staff and such pleasant service! The Ham Quiche Pie was delicious, the tea and coffee here are also very tasty. They have an excellent selection of coffee and delicious tea mixes. I highly recommend this cafe!

I ordered the Christmas Cowboy and boy did it kick! Such a delicate balance of espresso and brown sugar. For Johnson-this is a needed place. The staff polite and friendly and lots of cozy places to sit and enjoy a cup of Joe. Like the wall says-Stay a While!!

I love confident coffee but they don’t open until 7 which I find strange for a coffee place. Most people I know including myself have to be at work by 7am, which makes this very inconvenient and I’d love to go there because again it’s great coffee and so close to my house. This is my proposal for them to start opening at 6 or 6:30am on weekdays! <3

This was my first visit, but I’ll return! Since I travel with my dog, my goal was to find a local coffee shop with a drive thru. The menu was simple and was easy to read from the car, but I really appreciated seeing baked goods in the window and receiving quick recommendations about which drinks were most popular. I decided on the Pearl Latte and a chocolate-chip scone. The scone was so gigantic that I couldn’t dream of finishing it. The coffee was great. Best of all was the pup cup and adorable heart-shaped homemade treat. My @lapochkapomsky gives it two paws up!
