Nikko and his son, Yani, went above and beyond, checking in often, making sure everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The food was outstanding, and the potato croquettes were a huge hit, so cheesy, crispy, and absolutely delicious, served with each meal. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of food and service.
A special thank-you to Dina, who created beautiful custom menus for us that perfectly matched the baby shower theme, such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the event feel extra special.
I highly recommend Confetti for hosting a party or special event, and it would also be a wonderful choice for Valentine’s Day. Piermont itself is a charming town, and Confetti’s stunning views of the Hudson River and the Tappan Zee Bridge make it an unforgettable setting. We can’t wait to come back!
Food commendable. Portion generous. Make your own charcuterie board great idea. Enjoyed parm, meatball pastas.
From the moment we arrived, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. There were excessively long wait times between every course, and our waitress was practically nonexistent. She never checked in to see if anyone needed anything, never asked if there were any issues, and didn’t even bring Parmesan cheese for the pasta course. Because she was nowhere to be found for long stretches of time, half of our guests left before we even got to the cake.
The food itself was shockingly bad. Multiple dishes were undercooked, bland, or simply inedible. My husband and I could not eat our meals at all. The children’s chicken fingers were so bad that even my nine-year-old refused to eat them. Several family members pushed their plates away after only one bite because the food was that terrible. To make matters worse, there was hair found in one of the dishes, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstances.
The service only made the situation worse. My husband had to walk into the kitchen six separate times just to find someone to help us or to get basic items the waitress never brought. When it finally came time for cake, we waited so long for the staff to return that my husband ended up grabbing plates and a knife himself so we could at least sing happy birthday and leave. Our daughter’s first birthday—something we should have been enjoying—turned into an extremely stressful ordeal.
When we addressed everything with the manager, the attempt to “make things right” was minimal at best. For the amount we paid and the importance of the occasion, the resolution was completely insufficient.
Overall, this was one of the worst dining and event experiences we have ever had. We left embarrassed, disappointed, and hungry. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously because no family celebrating a milestone—especially a child’s first birthday—should have to experience what we did.
Looks like the busboy was the only one who knew the numbers of the tables.
Food came out at different times.
Our daughter’s dessert didn’t come, then we were told “it’s coming”, then “sorry, we are backed up”, then dessert came half melted as if it was sitting in a kitchen for a while.
Main course looked like an appetizer (size).
My wife’s artichokes were definitely rotten.
Asked for mocchiatto, have no idea what they brought me – water with milk and foam? Maybe that was an attempt at a Latte?, cuz that’s what was on the bill.
No water refills
Took our silverware and didn’t give it when brought the mains.
No sugar for the coffee.
Anything that could go wrong, went wrong. Very slow service. Servers have tables in different parts of the restaurant, so they run back and forth with food in their hands, cuz again – they don’t know table numbers. I don’t think they even have a manager there.
Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but the restaurant and staff are extremely disorganized.
Not a great Valentine’s Day dinner.
All that said, the kicker was that this place could not even get water right…literally. When asking for water, at various points of the night, at least 5 times they brought a glass of sprite. If you can’t even get a glass of water right, it’s time to rethink your businesses future!
Service was just as bad. Food came out very slowly, and our waitress never checked on us once after dropping the plates. It took forever to get the bill as well.
Overall, a terrible experience. We won’t be returning.
